Horrible customer service and business practice. Called them on 2/8 and followed up via email. Got a reply on 2/17 saying they had a job in the next town the following week and would stop by to look at the damaged door. They also inquired as to if I called them a few years earlier about a door that they ordered and never took delivery. The previous conversation was to get me a price on the door as it wasn't a standard size. Never got a price from them and they stated they called me but never received a call or email. If they didn't want to do the job, they should've told me up front rather than wasting 6 weeks of my time. Found JA Overhead doors who responded in 2 days and got door ordered with deposit and scheduled install date.
