I was told the installer would be here between 10-12 so I took a half day from work. Called the operator and she said she would find out for me. Called a little bit later and she said she would get me an update and call me in a few minutes. Called back two hours later and was told the installer was supposed to have called me and updated me and that now he's coming between 3-4. I will never use them again. Such a shame because you can't get good service these days from anyone.

Can I give zero stars? They replaced a spring on the door not even a year ago. They charged $412 for one spring. Turns out they really should've done both but I'm glad they didn't. I called another company today and they did BOTH sides for $212. They k ee the other would eventually pop and I would need to pay for another service call. Do not use.

Highly recommend This garage company. Had such a good, easy and professional experience. Everything that he said he would do went as promised and was done at a very prompt and timely matter. Leo and team were swift, precise, and did excellent work. I was amazed at the quick turnaround and quality product & work High-Line Garage Doors provided. While it seems most other products and companies take weeks or months to deliver, High-Line Garage Doors were available with my stuff in a couple of days. I would recommend them to anyone!

What an awesome experience and company! Highline garage doors provided prompt, courteous and QUALITY service. They were able to provide full service in 3 days when everyone else quoted me 12 weeks or more! The garage door is smooth, insulated and they installed weather stripping all around! I am extremely pleased with the services provided and definitely recommend them - they will not disappoint!

The old heavy garage door needed springs, and Highline did replace them. The cost suggested on the phone was $400 less than the actual cost, though the phone rep did say the actual price would be determined upon arrival. I can't say the job was done well, because the electric button-panel opener no longer worked after the spring job was done--the problem was a snapped spring--not the electric panel. I was told they'd never seen the particular motor and would get back to me the next day to address its repair. I heard nothing. End result, For $695 I have new springs (questionable--they don't look shiny and bright) and a non-functioning electric garage door.

There are many companies to choose from, so read this review! I was stuck on a cold wintery day with a broken garage door. Highline came quickly and the service performed was excellent. The technician was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped me troubleshoot a problem I had with another door for no extra charge. I recommend this company with no reservation.
