    I gave multiple chances to be professional. I hate leaving reviews. But when a company continues to raise red flags, you have to cut and run. Late with no call on first appointment. Complained that we are too far east (in Scottsdale) to be on time. Very odd statement. If we are too far, don't take the job. Scheduled out 1.5 weeks so that we could get our doors fixed. No problem "we'll be there between 12:30 and 1:30. We don't open till 3, so we made certain to have staff on site to let them in. 1:36pm... "they are running behind on a job... can't make it today". She gets upset with me because I'm upset. Sorry your crew didn't call you until 1:26 as you stated. Communication and integrity is a VERY important value to me when selecting a company to work with AND PAY. Sadly this company needs to stay closer to their base in order to function properly. Look, I get it. Shi* happens and things change. But when you make the customer feel as if it's their issue, then you're the problem. I am all about local first! Keep the business and community in mind. That why this sucks that I have to write this.
