Google5Called Up-Rite Doors over the holidays during a snowstorm to fix my garage door after I'd hit it with my car. Steve and Nathan were awesome- got it straightened out and working. So friendly and knowledgeable. Five stars in my book!

Google1They may be good but I wouldn't know. You'd better live within the Sarnia city limits because apparently they don't service areas of Lambton County that Chatham companies will even though they are closer to me than Chatham companies are. I guess Oil City is in another country to them.

Google5This company and Steve are beyond wonderful! They not only have outstanding service but they have very kind hearts. They so generously donated a garage door to my bestfriend who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. This is something that will forever be appreciated and remembered. Thank you Steve and Up rite doors! You are wonderful

Google5Great service! I really messed up my garage door by forcing it upon. Gave a call around 4:30 PM and Steve was able to miraculously send me a guy that night so I could close it. Fixed it the next day. It was a cost effective fix - and honest service - which I greatly appreciate. Hard to find these days. These are now my go to guys for garage doors and related. Highly recommend.

Google5We were referred by a friend who was happy with their work. We went in and picked out a garage door. The next day we returned as I had lots of questions about color and style, etc.....Steve listened to me patiently and answered every one of my questions until I was satisfied. He even took the time to pull up our house on Google and apply an app to show us how it would look! I felt silly with all my questions but he was very good about it. Excellent customer service !

Google5FEB 26 2015: The bracket which raises and lowers our double wide garage door broke. Called Up-Rite on the weekend and left a message. Matt Mitro contacted me Monday came out the same day and gave me some options to fix or replace the door. I chose the repair option and the next day they arrived and completed a full inspection and repair. They replaced the rollers, installed a new bracket & lubricated the door, which now works better than before. We are very pleased with their service and the fact they provided options leaving the final decision to us. Total cost was very reasonable and I would rate their service as excellent. LCB
