Was scheduled to have door repaired today but when I called to confirm the appointment, the technician answering the phone was EXCEPTIONALLY rude for absolutely no reason. I canceled my appointment and now my business is going to Carolina overhead doors who were polite and receptive. A simply dumb way to lose good business Griffen. 11:00: Thank-you for your response Ms. Wynn. I did call the office to speak with you directly and was told that you were "not in." I'll leave this matter as it stands.

Griffin Garage Doors recently installed three automatic overhead door openers for us. From quote to finish was less than one week. Their mechanics were very professional, timely, and personable. When we've requested the mechanics return to "fix" something, they have been here within an hour, immediately found the problem, made the adjustment, and showed us what to look out for in the future. Needless to say, we have been extremely impressed with the service, pricing, and professionalism from the good folks at Griffin Garage Doors. I highly recommend them.

I had an emergency my garage would not open and I had to go to work. I called Griffen Garage. The lady that answered was so nice and said I will send someone out now. They sent Reggie to open it for me. He was an amazing person very nice and really wanted to help. Excellent customer service

Griffin Garage for the Win! Caitlin has excellent customer service, very professional, kind, courteous, and very helpful. She answered my questions and listened thoroughly. Robert and Shane installed new torsion springs in very little time. Garage Door works great. Highly recommend! Keep up the excellent work!

When I called, the customer service was professional and welcoming, they had someone out the next day to tell me what was wrong, I was able to get my new door fixed within a week or so of calling, and the man that fixed my door, Pete, was super helpful, answered my questions, and truly treated me with quality care. I honestly couldn't have asked for a smoother and nicer process.

Great experience start to finish! I was in need of a new garage door and Kim spent a lot of time helping me pick out what was right for my house and needs. They were very professional, did a great job and the prices were fair. I love my new insulated door and how cool it has kept the garage in this crazy summer heat!

Company called to confirm appointment. The service man arrived on time in a large van full of equiptment and parts. He listened to my description of the problem (garage door will not close when prompted and will open by itself). He tested the equiptment and diagnosed the issue. He retrieved the parts from his van and completed fixing the garage door opener within 30 mins. Serviceman was prompt, courteous, and professional. Services Rendered: Fixed malfunctioning garage door opener.
