We recently had to replace 6 damaged overhead doors at our shop. Bob did a great job explaining the replacement process, he ordered and replaced the doors in a timely matter. The Rochester Overhead crew inspected and adjusted our other doors as well. When reviewing our invoice there were no overages or additional cost incurred. Thanks for a job well Done! garage door spring broke over the weekend. Called monday at 9:30, had a technician out and the problem was fixed by 11! Speedy, easy service and very affordable rates too!

I called to get pricing and was not impressed with the customer service or more accurately, LACK of customer service. I was treated like my call was a huge inconvenience and she couldn't get me off the phone quickly enough. The representative did not do any further inquiries which led me to believe she couldn't care less if I chose to do business with them. I called another local company who asked several follow up questions in order to provide we with more pricing details and suggestions.

Very good experience. Was out of town for several weeks and when I got back, realized my garage door would not open because one of the springs was broken. Called on a Monday morning and someone from Rochester Overhead Door Company came out the following day. He said the springs would have to be ordered for replacement but in less than 15 minutes, the broken spring was spliced and the garage door was able to be opened just fine.

New construction house needed adjustments twice within a year and continue to have track issues. Called to discuss issue and they want $150 service charge to come out and look at the issue when I live on the other side of the highway from them and this hasn't been right since day 1. It'd be nice if this was fixed because most people don't have a track issue for 30 years on a door - especially on a door as expensive as the one I bought. Not happy about how I've been treated and the issue persists. I'd like these guys to diagnose the issue and get it right being a new house that's been a problem from the start. Just like anything else, if you want something done right, I guess you gotta do it yourself.

I've owned 4 different houses in Rochester, MN. All of them had garage doors installed by this company, and all of them were a pain in the ass (broke down regularly). Stay clear of this garage door company.

Had a garage door installed by this company 2 years ago. One month ago, the springs broke and we paid $200 for someone to come out and fix it. The garage door is now non-functional again just one month later. We had an earlier garage door for 22 years that never had any of these problems when installed by the builder. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I left message on weekend and they called first thing Monday morning and sent someone within the hour. The old opener was not repairable. On Saturday afternoon we noticed that one of the two springs were broken on the garage door. No one noticed it when it broke so we have no idea how long it had been broken. I unplugged the garage door opener to prevent damage to the door and opener and started calling around. It is not surprising that weekend service calls are expensive, and since my car was already outside, I decided to wait until after the weekend to have this repaired. I left messages with two places to call me back, and I waited. This company called back first, early on Monday morning. I told them to come out as soon as they were available and one person came out 2 hours later, which was a lot sooner than I expected. He had a variety of different springs on the truck, selected the ones he wanted, and went to work. It took about 30 minutes for him to remove the two old springs, put the new ones on, and balance the door. He let me know while he was working on the door that the broken spring was actually too small for the size of door and showed me the difference. The door and springs were 6 years old. Services Rendered: Replaced broken garage door spring. This required removing and replacing both springs and balancing the door.
