Google1Do not use for flooring installation. Ordering was a headache. Delivery took weeks and was rescheduled twice because they ordered wrong (they guys that delivered were very friendly and helpful- 3rd party service though). Several items needed were not ordered even though our paperwork shows we purchased them. I had to repurchase in store myself. I paid for transition strips and molding twice. Installation was a nightmare!! The tech charges me $100 to move my stove out of the way. $100 he claimed had to be written out to him personally because the company would charge $250. He refused to do my floors until it was moved (I can't move it alone, I tried) and the company he worked for wouldn't answer. So I had to pay the $100. He also claimed that our floor was "extra dirty" and required an extra fee. He had our carpet ripped up and the floors swept/cleaned of debris (over 1400sq ft) in less than 20 mins. That was NOT worthy of an extra dirty fee. The installer spent the whole time on the phone (while he installed the flooring) complaining to both his wife and employer that he didn't want jobs this big anymore and that he needed to be paid more. Halfway through his second day he got frustrated with the molding, threw his tools in his bag, and told me that I hadn't paid for installation of transition strips or molding so he was done. I showed him the paperwork from HD that showed I HAD paid for it but he just left. The day before I had gone out and bought the right molding because he had showed me what HD ordered didn't match my floors so it would look weird when he installed it. But suddenly a dqy later I hadn't paid for it?! He left anyway. I had flooring in but no transition strips, large scratches in my door frames, and 2 feet of molding (installed incorrectly btw). Going into my daughter's (5yrs) room he hadn't removed the floor tacks and my daughter cut her foot badly on them. All the rooms had sharp tacks sticking up. The company "apologized" but the woman on the phone was snippy and rude. I had to wait 2 weeks for sub contractors out of Corvallis to come fix/finish it. I refused to have the original installer back. They did much better but they had a hard time fixing his mistakes. The carpet at transitions (from kitchen to family room or hall to bedrooms) was cut too short so they couldn't properly install transition strips. I now need to replace the carpet in three bedrooms and a family room because the carpet was cut wrong and transitions are so bad you can see the flooring underneath. We saved for years to upgrade our floors and this was a waste if money. I've never been so disappointed in a company's work.
