Google5Portland dock & door is a great company david offers the best customer service in the pnw i swear he is real people person and he really worked with our budget we got exactly what we wanted with what we could afford i highly reccomend them

Google5I live in Corvallis and on Sunday my garage door mechanisms gave out and I couldn't close the door all the way. On Monday, after calling all the local places and being told that they were unable to come until the 6th of October I found Portland Dock and Door but was skeptical since they're in the Portland area. I took a chance and David quickly understood my situation. I sent him a few pictures and talked to him on the phone again. On Monday he came on time, he not only fixed the issues but also used commercial grade hardware and tuned up the entire door. Precise, fast, incredibly thorough, and (in my opinion and experience) a very easy strong communicator! Very friendly and enjoyable to speak to. I very strongly recommend Portland Dock and Door to anyone who needs repair or a new door. Since the Corvallis garage door businesses are booked so far out...if you're in the Corvallis, Albany, Philomath area...contact this business and you'll have a wonderful experience.
