Google5Derrick was our service tech for our broken spring repair. He was timely, honest, thorough and friendly. Replaced our springs and got us up and running in no time! Dispatch was easy to work with and was billed promptly! 10/10 would recommend SGDS!

Google1I attempted to get an estimate for my garage door on two separate occasions, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The first scheduled appointment was completely missed due to an issue with my address not being properly dispatched. This resulted in me having to initiate contact to inquire why nobody had arrived as planned. Despite this setback, a second appointment was arranged. Regrettably, history repeated itself, and once again, no one arrived as promised. I was compelled to take time off from my schedule to accommodate the technician's visit and showcase my existing door. Upon reaching out once more, I was informed that a last-minute additional task prevented them from honoring the appointment scheduled two days prior. What baffled me was the lack of communication regarding this change of plans, considering the inconvenience caused. This situation set a great example of a company's disregard for its customers and their valuable time. It's disheartening when a company fails to prioritize its customers and honor its commitments.

Google5David at Salem Garage Door is the man to really go great lengths to getting to the job done. He makes sure to get back you even if nothing new that day to mention. Let's you know that he is waiting on an answer from someone else about a product. The next day I get my answer. Thank you for your love to the customers :)

Google5Great job from the team at Salem Garage Door Specialties. The over-the-phone staff was amazing to work with and they came all the way to Beaverton to help me out. I had a busted keypad and needed an entirely new automatic garage door. The installation team was top-notch and had the entire garage done in only a few hours. I was recommended Salem Garage Doors Specialties and I'm glad I went with them, THANK YOU!

Google5Very simple and easy process from start to finish. Kenn was extremely helpful and made sure we got exactly what we needed, even with extremely custom measurements. The wait time for the door was shorter than any other place in town. As soon as our door came in it was installed in less than an hour and it looks great. Would highly recommend this company not only for their exceptional service but also their unbeatable prices.

Google5As you can see, there was NO room to make the dream of a garage door in the garage I built 1.5 years ago, but being a home owner with very little knowledge or experience, I stumbled into, " hey, I have 8.5 feet from side to side, I can do it! So I ordered from Lowes a 6' by 8' door from Wayne Dalton. I waited and waited and waited, checking every 6 weeks, Finally. after 8 months, got the call, my door was in at Salem Garage Door. Elation! But W.D. sent only the door panels, not the hardware, S.G.Door put together parts they had in the warehouse to fill my order, delivered them, wonderful! But W.D. had the order all wrong, come on@! Kenn at S.G.Door went out of his way, above and beyond. He went to bat for me, never letting up, never easing the pressure on W.D. All W.D. was willing to do was reimburse S.G.D. for parts. W.D. didn't take responsibility for the mix up, never admit it, right? Thank you Kenn, Salem Garage Door. You are a man among men. Kenn gave me this install free of charge, FREE OF CHARGE!!! This never happens to me, never happens in this me,me,me world. I'm still shocked and amazed! The techs, Dan and Derek, did a super job. there was no room, they used a zero clearance track, it's attached to both walls, didn't need, as I feared, to cut the rafters at all to fit the height. They are magicians! And so much creativity went into this installation, they are so experienced, and able to think out of the box. I will forever recommend, no, demand everyone PLEASE call them before you order a door, much less install. Every minute spent with this company will be your very best experience I promise. Google5Our garage door broke and would not close. I called and told them my issue, including that we were not able to close the door. They talked to Dan, a tech that was just getting ready to go home. He arrived, with Ken, about 30 minutes later. They were very professional and we enjoyed talking with them. They did fantastic work in a short period of time. Next time we need anything done to our garage door we will surely call Salem Garage Door Specialties first. Friendly, helpful, professional and great craftmanship!
