Google5Alpha Garage Door Repair is truly a terrific company! We've relied upon them twice - and both times we've been very pleased with their work. We needed them to reprogram our door openers and later to install an exterior key pad. On both times David responded promptly to my first call and scheduled a technician. For the exterior keypad, Will (the technician) was a true professional - he was absolutely competent and courteous, and worked quickly to install the keypad. This has already saved us from being locked out of the garage due to dead batteries in the car remote. These are a team of true professionals who know the business and their pricing is very fair.

Google5I've called Alpha twice, and both times they have been prompt, very polite, thorough, and done excellent work. Once was for my daughter's home in San Antonio and one was for our own place in Bergheim. I recommend them HIGHLY!

BBB1Alpha Garage Doors - Garage Doore Install Review--This review is so that others don’t make the same mistakes we did. First of all, if this is your first garage door opener, you will need to call an electrician to make sure everything is copacetic before having the garage door opener installed. Especially if you have a high garage ceiling. Our original quote did not include brackets, so that was an extra cost that we were not prepared for. The other things that we had to buy that we were not aware of was a light bulb (yes, your newly paid for garage door opener does not include a lightbulb), and an extension cord [to plug in the garage door opener to the ceiling] as the garage door plug was too short for our ceiling. If you make a morning appointment it is quite possible that the installers will not show up until the end of the day. If you have a high garage ceiling let them know before you make your first appointment or they will not bring the right ladder for the installation and will have to set up a second appointment. They do not take credit cards. Check or cash only. You will not be able to get a second garage remote door opener. Don’t believe them when they tell you that you can use your car or your cell phone as a second remote for your garage door. Lastly, communication was subpar, to say the least, with lots of phone tag and more of us calling them than the other way around. Although the owner was very friendly when we were able to get a hold of him, the constant phone tag felt like we wanted their help more than they wanted a customer. I do not recommend this company and I will not ever use them again for anything.

Google5Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly one evening and after getting SEVERAL recommendations to contact Alpha Garage Door Repair I reached out to David via Facebook messenger and received a response within minutes. Keep in mind that this was around 9:00pm so I wasn't expecting an answer till the morning. David set an appointment for me that night and had a crew over the next day earlier than expected! They had our garage door up in running in less than 30 minutes!! Pricing was very reasonable and service from David and his guys was perfect.

Google5What a great company! First and foremost, David and his guys are professional, and are very good at what they do! If you want reliable service and a company that will do exactly what they say , then call Alpha Garage Door! This company will NOT drain the pocket book..... My husband and I will use this company again! All the best Chris and Kathy
