Google5Sam came this morning and repaired the garage door. One of the springs was broken, and we decided to replace all the old springs. The price was acceptable and Sam was terrific! Very professional, very efficient, very polite. The only problem I had with the experience was they were scheduled to come yesterday, and were delayed by an unexpectedly long earlier job. A phone call to let me know about the situation would have been nice. Sam more than made up for that minor thing with his excellent work today. He went above and beyond when he looked at the second garage door and fixed a small problem with that at no additional charge. Really impressive.

Google5After a mishap we were left with an overhead door that wouldn't close. Hill Country Overhead Door showed up right away and helped us secure the door and then returned with the parts needed for a full repair. Corey was a blessing from taking time to help us get a truck out of the partially open door to making sure the facility remained secure. He was professional and showed genuine kindness. The repaired door looks just like new and operates perfectly.

Google5I had a broken torsion spring and needed a replacement. I called Hill Country Overhead Door. They were very professional and got me scheduled quickly. Mark was the technician they sent out. He called me 10 minutes before arrival and did a thorough and professional job. Thanks Mark and Hill Country. I will call you again if I ever need service.

Google5Recently, I was startled by a loud noise from my garage, initially fearing a car had crashed into it. To my relief, it was just a broken garage door spring. I immediately contacted Hill Country Overhead Door and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who arranged a same-day service. Impressively, within fifteen minutes, I got a call from their technician, Mark G., who was nearby and arrived in five minutes. Mark was efficient in assessing the situation and swiftly repaired the door, leaving it functioning even better than before. I'm thoroughly impressed with their prompt, courteous service and fair pricing. Highly recommended for anyone needing quick and reliable garage door repairs!

Google5James and his trainee came to the house the same day we had issue with old garage door. They were both extremely professional. The new garage door was put in in no time at all. They cleaned up the work space and provided education to us on how to use the new garage door opener. They even offered to help set up our car buttons for the garage door. We are extremely happy with the service provided and highly recommend this company, especially James and his trainee.

Google5I had a rake fall into the track of my garage door as it was closing and it popped two rollers from the track along with somehow unraveling one of the two steel cables that raise the door. I called Hill Country Overhead Doors at roughly 11:30 this morning and they were able to squeeze me into the schedule the same day. By 3:30 it was fixed with new rollers and a tune-up. Same day anything is normally triple the price but my total for parts and service was less than $350. I think that's reasonable. The scheduler I spoke with was awesome--she was very nice and let me know the technician would call when they were on their way. Both technicians were also very friendly and got the job done in no time. I highly recommend Hill Country Overhead Doors and will absolutely call them again the next time I have a garage door issue. Google5Very satisfied with the service call today. The guys were very helpful while troubleshooting an issue with the Wayne Dalton unit that came with my home new in 1996. I ended up having them install a brand new LiftMaster 81600 System. James and Mason did a bang out job. Good guys for sure.....very good at what they do. I highly recommend Hill Country Overhead Door. Top shelf service.....many thanks, guys!
