Google5Professional, communicative, on-time, and a seamless install. Those are just a few ways I would describe my experience with Lincoln Garage Doors. Kaleb came out and installed our Genie garage opener, and he didn't even need the manual. I originally hired a handyman to come out, but he canceled on me at the last minute once and then never returned my follow-up call. The install would've been cheaper, but I'm sure the job would've been one of those "you get what you pay for" situations. Not only did Kaleb come out on time, but he added an upgraded part just because he already had it on his truck. I will 100% be using them when we install our new garage door this year, and I'll be recommending them to anyone. I'm also partial to any business locally owned and operated, so if that's also your thing, then there's another reason.

Google5I am changing my review to a 5 because it appears Lincoln and I are victims of a documented scam. My invoice was from YES GARAGE DOOR SERVICES, LLC which, according to Google, deliberately uses other companies names. I copied Lincoln Garage Doors and phone number off the repair truck. But it actually seems to have been YES GARAGE DOOR SERVICES, LLC. So beware of who you call as it might not be who you think! Sorry Lincoln Garage Doors. New home. Garage had paper with this number. Called because needed 2 new remotes. Repair man added a bar to door to prevent door panel from falling off. Checked all equipment and sold me 2 remotes. I offered to pay by check but he said preferred credit card. Using card cost me an extra $25.00, which he didn't mention. Charged over $800.00. Remotes are worthless. Don't open or close door half the time. Reported this and same repair man came back. Of course worked then. Said if problem continued will need new equipment which is pricey. Remote didn't work again today. Will not use this company again. Feel taken advantage of and sold junk.

Google5They were one of the best repair technicians I have worked with. Called them @ 3:30 thinking I would have to make an appt for the next day. They were able to come out within a couple of hours the same day. Kaeleb was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. They are organized and ready to work.

Google5After we finished our new barn we needed a garage door to complete the job. Lincoln was able to come out and do the custom vertical lift we were looking for. Outstanding job!
