Google5Exceptional experience with this company. Called very late the night before to set up an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. Tommy did great work replacing my garage springs and did so at a great price. Will use this company again!

Google5Tommy and his team had our new garage doors up in less than four hours. They are so quiet that you can barely hear them go up and down. Don't go with any other company if you want this done RIGHT and FAST. Worth every penny!! Edit: we had a front door that would not lock or close without force. Called Tommy on Friday and he had it fixed on Saturday in 20 minutes. Tommy is my go to for home improvements!!!!

Google5A poorly hung push broom got our garage door off its tracks on both sides, just as the sun was going down. Not wanting to leave the garage open overnight, we tried to get the rollers back on as best we could, and called Right On Time Garage Doors to set up a time to look over our efforts to fix it. We were expecting something to be set for the following day at the earliest, but Tommy offered to come that evening to check it. He was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations, and we were beyond grateful for his insight and professional standards. You don't see people and companies like this anymore, and I'm so glad I found this one. It's the only garage door company I'll be using from now on!

Google5Our garage door spring broke last night. Called Tommy, he gave me a quote and told me he could be out by 9am today. I said great. He called 5 minutes later and said he was able to be at our house in 20 minutes if we would like him to. He was out in 20 minutes and finished the job within 1 hour. We also got a 2 year parts and labor warranty. Tommy is our new garage door go-to guy.

Google5I called this morning and he was able accommodate my service for today. Definitely lived up to his business name. Tommy was prompt, sadly I was not on time. He was very gracious and waited. He was honest, efficient, reliable, and repaired my garage door. Very impressed. I definitely would recommend, and have saved his contact information for future service if needed.

Google5Tommy was awesome! He was able to give me a very rough estate over the phone to replace my broken garage door spring, based on details I was able to provide. Other companies refused to provide estimate unless technician came out. I had one come out that quoted me almost double the amount that Tommy estimated. Even after they tried negotiating, they still weren't reasonable. Another company didn't have availability until the next day. I called Tommy back and he came over within 20 mins and had me up and running in 15 mins. He provided great advise on regular maintenance, and even had extra time for a quick friendly chat. Superb job Tommy!

Google5A misplaced garden tool caused our garage to come off the tracks and pop off two rollers late in the evening. I called to leave Tommy a voicemail about coming the next day and to my surprise he picked up. 30 minutes later he was in our garage fixing our problem. His work was outstanding, after repair our garage door was as good as new. Our garage was pretty bent and busted but look at these pics. Looks like a new garage door. People like Tommy are rare... he knew we had a problem and he addressed it as quickly as possible. No hesitation, no 6 hour "arrival windows", just got straight to the problem and fixed it and all for an extremely reasonable price. He's truly a master of his craft. Will never use another garage door company, Right on Time has a customer for life.

Google5Tommy was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the mechanics of how the door work and what needed to be repaired. He was very detail oriented and pointed a flaw on the cable used by the home builder that wasn't rated for our 400lbs+ garage. Highly recommend and my to go guy to all garage repairs.
