Tom came out on time, explained what he would do, and was finished in about an hour. He even offered to set up the garage door opener to the homelink in my car when he had me test it out from the remote opener. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service that was completed. Services Rendered: Sensors needed adjusting

Made the call, showed up within a day or so, finished in 30 minutes. Services Rendered: Fixed the misaligned door sensor then explained how he did it. This way I could fix it myself the next time. Then gave a quote for replacing the motor if I should need it in the future. Very professional. Note that this was nearly 2 years ago, but I've not heard anything negative since.

They came out promptly and did the adjustment quickly and efficiently. The only reason I cannot give them an 'A' is their customer attitude. The installer tended to be somewhat negative and unfriendly, giving me the impression that he might prefer to be elsewhere. Services Rendered: I called them on two separate occasions to re-adjust the springs on my door which they had installed amost a year prior. Because the door was still under warranty, there was no charge for the service.

We live in Orlando, and my elderly Father-in-law lives in Satellite Beach (approximately an hour and a half drive, one way). He told us that the garage door was broken, and he had tried to fix it. When we arrived the following weekend, the door was broken beyond repair. Coordinating a company in Satellite Beach from Orlando to replace the door was a daunting task. However, Cory of Omega Garage Doors came to our rescue. Not only did they take care of the door, but all of the required paperwork to be signed by my FIL and submitted to the proper local officials, and it was handled without a problem coming to my attention. The door is replaced with all current specs met and working beautifully! Services Rendered: Complete replacement of garage door.

I called Omega to come and repair my garage door. They arrived on time and we determined that the door could not be fixed. I ordered a new one. I had to go to MD shortly after placing my order. Omega contacted me by phone to make arrangements for the new door. We communicated by phone and email and I was able to make all my arrangements while I was away from FL. The new door was installed yesterday. The installer arrived on time and did a very good job of installing it. He left my garage neat and took away the old door. He explained the paperwork he was leaving and the process for getting an inspection. I am extremely pleased and will use Omega again should I have a need. I will also recommend them to anyone who asks. Services Rendered: Replacement of an 18 year old garage door with a new hurricane strength one.
