Google5My garage door broke very late afternoon and this company came within a couple of hours and stayed into the evening to get the job done so I could get my kids to school in the morning. Very appreciated! Also very friendly and professional service.

Google5Second time I've had New Era work on my garage door (first time a blown motor, second time a broken spring). Both times they were responsive, on time, clear about what had to be done and fairly priced.

Google5Tomer was efficient, professional, neat and kind. He came immediately and knew exactly what was wrong with our garage door. Very knowledgeable and had the parts with him, to fix my door immediately. Would recommend!!!

Google5Responsive, knowledgeable and polite. Recommended and replaced our 24 year old door opener in about an hour. Very thorough and we will use them again for maintenance. Great experience.

Google5Excellent service. Came to assess on the same day as my initial call. Performed maintenance and made recommendation for a new unit. I ordered and picked up at Home Depot and they were at my place the next morning to finish the job. First class service! My garage door was old and noisy, after service, balancing, and new belt driven unit, sound is virtually silent. Simply amazing. Strong recommendation.

Google5It had been 3 years since New Era had to take care of any problems, but today's visit was solved with a maintenance visit, luckily. (I thought things were going to be more involved, but nope!) Honest and efficient, pleasant, polite, and GREAT COMMUNICATION!!
