Google5I had an excellent experience with Grovland garage door service. The technician provided Excellent service at a fair price. I called by the morning and he came afternoon. Highly recommended for their professionalism and quality work.

Google5I would endorse that agency because their availability and garage door provider they presenting which shop my day after I find out that my spring used to be broken. I had to locate any individual quick.

Google5I found out that my garage door wasn't safe. I had read somewhere that sometimes cables break, so when mine broke, I thought it was just a matter of time before something bad happened. I called Groveland Garage Door right away, and their technician arrived in less than an hour! He fixed everything right away, and now our garage door is as good as new! Not only did he fix our cable. That's great service from someone who cares about his customers' safety! Thank you very much, guys! You saved me from a serious accident!

Google5I received a warm recommendation from my neighbor who is himself a contractor for the garage doors installers. I must admit that I was impressed with the quality of the work and the quality of the service. So I take this note to thank Eli who worked well and patiently.

Google4I called Groveland Garage door and told them I was interested in the web coupon special of a replacement opener which was listed as installed at a price of $50 off of a regular price of $359. After the installation was complete and I presented the printed coupon, they had a million excuses why the price was invalid and charged me $300 for the opener and $150 for the labor. (Which took about a 1/2 hour) The service seemed competent but I could definitely not recommend since it felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will be disputing the charges with the CC company. ***Update--- The following day I called the main number in an effort to resolve the price disparity between the advertised rate and the rate I was charged. I spoke with David who after hearing my issue seemed genuinely concerned with the issue and promised to call back immediately after a discussion with his installer. When he called back, he agreed that the advertised price should be honored, apologized, and within two days I was sent a check for the difference. He even called during that time to see if I had received the check which I appreciated. To summarize the experience, the installation service and response time was excellent as well as their customer service. The only issue here was a misunderstanding on the part of the installer about the installation "special".

Google5Groveland garage doors as been in my house on Friday to replace my broken spring and I had very good experience with that garage door company witch i like to shear it . I call a day before and very nice guy as take he time and explain my what is the possibility repair that need to be done on my garage door springs and opener after I was feel comfortable with the company I made app to Friday 1pm and Eli came... very Pro and reliable.
