Precision Doors responded to my request for service within 24 hours. The technician, David, arrived on time and explained exactly what was wrong and gave me options for pricing. In the end, in just about an hour I had a new motor, keypad and 2 remotes. Excellent work. Excellent company. Highly recommend.

Matthew was great! Arrived on time, very professional and clear on what the problem was and what was needed to remedy the problem. We decided to replace the Garage door opener, keypad's and sensors. He was very quick and efficient and overall did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Precision and Matthew in particular to anyone experiencing problems or looking to replace with their Garage Doors.

I have never dealt with a company that has been better than Precision Overhead Garage Service. Contacting them, dealing with office person via telephone and getting a technician to my home was super easy. Luke, the technician, was so kind, patient, friendly and professional! He installed a new motor and opener for my very old garage door system. it was not an easy job but he did it and was done in a short amount of time considering the circumstances! I am so grateful and would highly recommend this company and Luke!!! Thank you.

Called Precision last minute based on referral from family members. Not only did they come within a few hours of us calling, the logistics info were very detailed, the technician Matt D was prompt and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what work needed to be performed and provided three options for fixing the issue. I picked an option and he immediately got to work and was done in about an hour! Quality looks extremely well done as well. I cannot speak highly enough of the job done!

I am very happy I went with precision. Michael, the sales rep, was helpful and informative. The garage door was ready soon after I placed my order and Malik and Paul completed the door replacement in a couple of hours. They were polite and professional.
