Google5Awesome repairman came out and fixed the problem before it got worse. Easy to make appointment for service. Definitely will be calling again when needed.

Google5Very happy! After I called about a broken bracket that was causing the door to not open, Tri-County Door was on site quickly and made a very solid repair. The communication was excellent as was the customer service and the price was very fair. I highly recommend them!

Google5We have used Tri-County Door Service for many years, always with quick response and excellent service. Our experience the other day is an example. It appears that an animal chewed through the wires of the light sensor at one side of the door, so we could not close it. I called their office on a Thursday evening and left a message, and they called back shortly after 8 AM the next morning and said they could stop by that day around noon. Frank arrived on schedule, did the repair and provided some suggestions as well. The fee seemed reasonable. We will continue to call them for future service.

Google5We had problems with Our garage door that came off the track and would no longer close. I thought it would be expensive to fix, so it stayed open for two years. I decided to call Tri County on Saturday for an estimate. Monday afternoon Otis came and had it fixed within 30 minutes! He was quick, he was thorough, he was professional and kind. I wish I would've called years ago! 5 stars from me!! Thank you Otis and Thank you Tri County! Darla Brier

Google5This is a real good Door Services Company, both their management and workers are doing great wonderful job, the price is also affordable. In fact, it was introduced to us by one of our friends the other day. They came here to our house on time and completed the garage door replacement even though it was snowing yesterday. We appreciated their real good job and we would introduce to our friends to contact them if any of them needs garage door repairing and replacement.

Angi5I emailed one evening. The office called at 8:30 the next morning to find out about the problem, explain their fee structure and schedule a time to come out and have a look. They were here the next day. The time slot was 10 am to 1 pm. A got a call before 1 pm saying that the Tech ran into some issues and asked if it was OK for him to come between 2:30 and 3. I was good with that. Frank showed up in that time slot, asked questions, explained what he was going to do. When he was finished, he explained what he had done and why he thought the repair was necessary. He was polite, friendly and professional. I'll definitely call Tri County again if I have a problem and ask for Frank. Services Rendered: Repair garage door

Angi4The repair was well done by the repair techs who came to the house. The problem was identified on Saturday by Otis and the part was installed on Monday by Jayson. Thumbs up to Otis and Jayson. The Angie’s List coupon which shows a discount on the service call was not honored. The coupon doesn’t indicate any qualifiers for use. We called on Friday at 4:15 but we were called back on Saturday. The service call for Saturday was seventy dollars. The fee was applied to the cost of the spring replacement. Angi5I called these guys to install a garage door opener, and in less than an hour there was a technician at my house. The install went well, he was friendly and afterwards walked me though everything I needed to know to use and care for my new opener. Would definitely use again. Google5This company gave top notch customer service. The gentleman on the phone was respectful and listened to our problems. He then ensured that our cars were not trapped in our garage which would cause an emergency situation. he kindly scheduled us for a next day appointment with a service technician. Jason was very polite and professional and confidently fixed out garage door issue and made it work much better than it worked prior to breaking. The staff at tri-county door and the reasonable pricing would make me recommend them for any door problems.

Google5They repaired our garage door when the spring broke. We decided to have both springs replaced. The price was fair and they came out within 24 hours. Otis was very professional and knowledgeable, he let us know up front what our options were and the price upfront. He made sure the job was done right and he had a lot of pride in his work. He was quick to let us know how much he appreciates our business. You could tell that he cares for his customers and has pride in his work and the company he represents. He did a safety check to ensure everything else was in good working order and gave us tips on how to keep everything lubed up and properly maintained.
