I called at 5:30pm panicked because my garage door spring broke with my truck inside the garage. I just had surgery so getting the door up myself wasn't an option. They responded in 15 minutes and got my door up so I could get to work the next day. Thomas came back after work and not only fixed the door but helped me program it (something I'd been trying to do for weeks)! Super nice folks- highly recommend!!

When they make an appointment with you, they don't show up. At appointment time, when you call to see if they are coming, they reschedule. But then when your second appointment time arrives, they don't show up. You call to reschedule, they make excuses and try to reschedule again. This has been my experience the three times I needed a repair with them. Eventually they will show up and make a proper repair for a reasonable price, but ability without dependability means nothing. His father did business with me, my parents and my sister for decades. We loved his Father. His father did good work. His Father showed up when he said he would show up. Eventually the son and his wife (Ryan and Casey Perry) bought out the father. The son has been a big disappointment to me. We will not be using Straight Up Doors anymore.
