I thought myself so fortunate to find him. He actually installed the first 4 units garage doors! I felt in the past winter in January when he came that he was the best expert. Really took his time and adjusted and replaced much. I was proud of the work. Then, in late Spring of May that changed. It's just my guess, but the same culprit he said about the age and extreme cold was same culprit about extreme warmth and humidity turn around for it's demise. By his own statement he made it "tight'. Which I thought very good in the winter but did not allow for expansion in the late Spring. My thoughts. Yet! He refused to come back to make the adjustments necessary! He did not stand by his work and as the workers who finally adjusted it said was shameful and he owes you the paint job from all the paint that got rubbed off my garage ceiling. Worse he lives right nearby. I started begging him at points for months, something I never do and will never do again! To think I treated him very well tip and all. And recommended him to the complex! He eventually just ignored me. I'm putting this up because I wish I saw such a thing when reviewing his work! May it guide others! Also, he did my families garage door. Treated me like I my problem he was supposed to standby were a nuisance at best and shut me down! CB
Our garage doors had been largely ignored for over twenty years and Valley Garage Door Service did an excellent job getting them back in smooth (and quiet) working order. Garrison was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and neat. The work was done well and the price was fair. I definitely recommend this company.

5 stars for Valley Garage Door. I called Garrison with a broken garage door that would not close, he came to the rescue the same day, and took care of the issue quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. Garrison is now my 'garage door guy'!
Valley garage doors was amazing garrison did a fantastic job and saved us money and made everything look perfect. I highly recommend him if anyone is looking to get there doors replaced or anything. I would definitely use him again in the future if needed.
I called Garrison with an emergency garage door repair. He replied right away, and was so very kind and helpful. I would call him first every time!
Valley Garage door service was absolutely excellent. I called him last night and he was at my house within one day. Garrison was beyond nice and friendly. His prices were very reasonable and when he left, the garage door was working as smooth as ever. I can't say enough good things and highly recommend.
