Open & Closed Garage Doors

I am posting this for my elderly mother who used their service on 8/24/21 for her garage door opener to be adjusted . it was leaving a small gap when closed. When the young man came and did his inspection did his inspection he said everything looked fine he'd time it up.which he did collected his money and left. While he was pulling out we closed the door and the adjustments he made caused the door to bulge out in one section.Right away we contacted the company maybe 20 minutes after he left thinking he was young might have made a mistake and would adjust it a little bit to fix the problem. Not what happened. Kid. returns with the manager (his father) and denied causing the damage. When she pointed out the bolts he put in the section that was bulging he claimed he didn't put those in. Even went as far as telling her that she drove into it pointing out touch up paint on her bumper that is several years old.What should've been a 10 minute adjustment they turned into a one sided shouting match telling her to *** them scraping off their service sticker , why? so they can deny the service call altogether? My mother is 74 and they accused her of modifying the door or crashing into it minutes after they left if your old or easy to be taken advantage of please beware.
