Google5Yesterday morning I woke up and found my vehicle trapped in the garage as the double door spring had broken. I found Door Tech around noon by just searching the Internet and pled my case for help. I was so very, very pleased by the response, my door was fixed and in full operation by 3:00 and was professionally repaired by David in a flawless and friendly manner. He even had to take time to go to the shop and cut the springs to size out of stock. Perfect service as far as I am concerned. No way could I be more pleased by this company and its incredible techs.

Google5We had a double residential torque spring replacement that Hatch was able to replace in what seemed like minutes, Carleen was fantastic about splitting travel costs with a neighbor the same day. They also beat a year old quote from another local competitor and kept us under our expected budget. These guys are fast, courteous and I will highly recommend them for this job again. Our service technician even helped reset our garage door code with remote at no charge. Fantastic all around! -Eric M

Google5We've used Door Tech twice over the years, both times they've been great. Last time was yesterday afternoon, I couldn't open my garage and when I realized the spring was broken I called Door Tech. They called me back wanting to know if I was available the next morning around 7am. Needless to say even though they were busy one of their repairmen arrived the next morning, had a spring and fixed my garage door in about 30 minutes. Professional and quick, won't use anyone else.
