Very poorly; Gullliermo charged and was paid $120 for repair of the door turnpiece in early July 2016, he changed the door turnpiece, a plastic gear which had previously not been changed since I had moved into the house in May, 2001; it failed by late August 2016, a period of about two months. In August 2016 he then claimed that a new garage door opener was needed, stating that the unit, which is in place in most of the garages in the subdivision, was not sized properly. I tried to have GR Garage Door make it right by doing the work it was supposed to do the first time but nothing positive came from that effort. I had to hire another garage door maintenance firm to fix the problem at less cost than what I was charged for a few dollar plastic part GR Garage Door installed and for which I paid $120. Make your own assessment and then BEWARE of GR Door! Services Rendered: Spring needed to be rewound and gear replaced

CALLED FOR APPOINTMENT AM, WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT EARLY PM AFTER WORK. CHECKED OUT DOOR AND OBSERVED CABLE HAD COME OFF DURING USE. PUY CABLE BACK ON PULLEY. ALSO TIGHTENED ALL SCREWS HOLDING HINGES ON DOOR. RECCOMENDED POSSIBLY REPLACEING SPRING. ADVISED TECHNICIAN THAT WE WOULD WAIT AND SEE HOW DOOR OPERATED AND MAYBE CHANGE SPRING AT A LATER DATE IF NEEDED. WAS QUOTED A PRICE IN CASE I WANTED TO DO IT LATER. TECHNICIAN. CHECKED AND ADJUSTED TENSION ON SPRING AND ALSO OILED SPRING,ROLLERS AND HINGES. OVERALL APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES. Services Rendered: PUT CABLE BACK ON DOOR. TIGHTEN SCREWS, ADDED TENSION TO SPRINGS AND OILED ROLLERS,SPRINGS AND HINGES.

A slight crack was noticed in one of the panels on the garage door. I called GR Garage Door because they had repaired a broken spring prior to this problem. They technician was thorough in the explanation of what type of repair was possible. He also arrived when he indicated he would and made the repair without any problems. Additionally, he replaced several hinges that were damaged.St. Services Rendered: Garage door has slight crack in one of the panels. GR Garage Door reinforced the door panel and replaced hinges.
