Yelp5Highly recommend this company. I called this morning and Elder was able to come in a couple of hours. He's friendly, professional, and knows what he's doing and talking about. It took him one hour to install my garage door opener that I purchased at Home Depot. Back story: my garage door opener stopped working over the weekend, on Sunday, in fact. My husband said the motor finally gave out and went to Home Depot to purchase a new garage door opener. I waited until Monday morning to call E&M at 7:30am. By 9am, Elder was able to stop by and install the unit. I have nothing bad to say about the person or the company. I would use this company again, if I do need another service. And I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. He installed a Chamberlain unit for me.

Yelp5Elder did a great job with his diagnosis of the issue with my garage door and was very honest and upfront with everything. He was available to come at the times I needed and worked efficiently to install the new opener. He took his time to explain to me how everything works. And it was a great value! Would definitely work with them again.

Yelp5Contacted Kyle who works for E&M, he wasn't available at the moment due to injuries, so he connected me with Elder. They are super responsive and professional. Was quoted 5-7 days on the door I wanted because they are insulated and needed to be shipped. Elder looked around and made sure I was taken care of and got me a door the next day. Elder came in at the time he said he would and knocked it out the park. Thank you again for all the hard work and great communication.

Yelp5I had a non standard garage door installation. There are 3 heavy doors I think the biggest one was about 700 lbs. Elder came out and looked things over. He quoted a fair price and although I think it turned out to be more work then he expected, he never complained and kept working through it. The funny thing is I am pretty handy and thought maybe I would install it myself. That would have been a catastrophe. Elder did a great professional job on this door, he will have no problem with your average door. I highly recommend his services!!!
