Google5Carlos and his team are great, they definitely prioritize customer service. They were the second quote I got (new door but lift still ok) and when I called, I was totally expecting dispatch to assign me a time window but Carlos was the one I talked to, told me to pick a time that worked for me, and then it was Carlos who came out to give me the quote and he showed up right at the time I asked. The quote he gave was competitive, 3 yr warranty, but best of all...he said the job could be done today and sure enough, shortly after lunch, he was back with his team and we had a brand new garage by dinner.

Google5We had to get our garage door broken springs replaced on short notice. I called and was able to get scheduled for the next morning which was fantastic. Pedro came on time and quickly replaced both springs and verified the doors worked like new. He did a fantastic job, explaining all the steps he was taking as he was performing the repair. I highly recommend Mr Doors for any garage door needs. Make sure to ask for Pedro!

Google5Carlos is courteous and professional. The garage torsion spring broke off. One of his colleagues, Lawrence I believe, came out first. He suggested to open the garage door so we can get the car out to drive which was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. We have a commercial grade garage door which required a few special tools. Carlos and his colleague came out the next day at 10AM as promised and replaced the springs. I thought the cost was reasonable and the service was top notch! I highly recommend!

Google5Called around 4 pm because my spring, both cables and part of the door itself broke. The person on the phone informed me it would be $100 more for emergency service but they could arrive around 7. Carlos and Mauricio were very nice, and very professional. Carlos not only made sure to install an additional spring this time (2 instead of the 1 I had) but even took off $50 for me being a return customer. They fixed everything and even fixed the door without me having to replace a panel or the door itself. They were finished in about an hour. I will always use this company for any of my garage door needs.

Google5On a Wednesday morning, had a major problem with an old, extra wide wood door. Completely inoperable and open on a very cold day. They responded quickly, had to get extra personnel to complete the job, and finished by sundown the same day. Very professional, fair price, excellent service. Needed a follow up 2 days later to tweak the hinges on the door. Carlos came out and took care of it quickly, professionally, and perfectly. Highly recommend Mr. Door!

Google5I needed an annual service adjustment to my garage door quickly before leaving town and Carlos was incredible. I called him at 8 a.m. upon opening and by 11:30 a.m. the same day Carlos himself arrived and quickly took care of my garage door adjustment. His price was surprisingly inexpensive for this area and his professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience all the better. Google5My experience with Mr Door has been stellar from both a value and quality standpoint. But the best part was the outstanding service within 24 hours of both calls over the last 5 years. The team serviced one of the calls for free and this time it was a nominal fee for completely replacing my outside combo pad, installing new bulbs and giving my door an annual service. I wish all my home maintenance needs were this push button. I will use them again without hesitation. Thanks for delivering on and exceeding my expectations.
