Google5We’re in Waukesha and decided to replace our old, noisy garage door with something newer. Wisconsin Garage Door Pro helped us choose a great insulated model that’s quiet and looks amazing. The crew showed up on time, installed it fast, and cleaned everything up before leaving. The whole experience was easy and professional from start to finish. Google5The garage components in our place were very dated, and the remote openers didn’t even work. Called Garage Pro and arranged for a service call which was easily done. Ricky came out and within a couple of hours we had a new system, new remotes, and new entry system. The casters needed a bit of work too, so Ricky took care of that too. Great kid, very personable.

Google1GET ANOTHER QUOTE. Had them come to fix my stuck garage door. They could see I was in a bind with my cars stuck in my garage. They quoted me $700 to fix the issue or recommended $1500 for a new spring which is absolute INSANITY. I knew it seemed fishy so I Got someone else out the next day and they fixed the problem in 15 minutes and only charged me for the trip. They said the spring didn’t even need replacing. I’m not sure how they have 5 stars on Google reviews, perhaps my experience is an outlier but I will never be calling them again. UPDATE: the owner gave me a call and let me know this was an isolated incident with a new tech. He was very nice and apologetic about it.

Google5Had a great experience working with Ricky from Garage Door Pro. I had three vendors provide me an assessment with a quote and Ricky’s was the most comprehensive. He conducted a review of the entire setup and walked me through his analysis, then proposed what needed to get done. He took his time with the work and explain what he had done afterwards. He also answered the questions I had. I left knowing more about garage doors which I appreciate very much. I look forward to working with Ricky in the future.
