We had new doors put on our home after a hail storm and they did an amazing job. The new doors look so awesome. All Employees especially Shannon personally designed how I wanted them. 5 Stars from me!

I usually don't feel obligated to leave reviews but my experience left my frustrated. CS doors came recommended so we tried to have them fix our broken spring for our garage. Employees came out on a Thursday afternoon and said they don't have the spring needed but go to Menards and get this spring. So we went to Menards and got that spring plus a few extras just to be sure. Had to wait a few more days to get them back out (granted it was Friday when we got the spring and then over the weekend so not their fault). They came back Monday morning and told us "oh, the spring you have isn't long enough" and left, again! Their recommendation was to "shop around online and tell us when you find the part". (Mind you, we bought what we were told to buy the first time around). I am just wondering at what point they could have taken it upon themselves to order the spring from a different company or told us it wasn't in their ability to fix our garage door. We wasted five days without a garage door because they made us get parts for their job and then the parts still weren't right. Needless to say we went with a different company who came out the same day and replaced our entire spring with a more user friendly one. I appreciate their time but it would have been a lot more customer friendly for them to either order the needed part for us or tell us "we can't fix this". So far I haven't gotten a bill, but I will not be paying if they decide to send a bill for the 15 minutes of their time.
