Google5I was very happy with the overall experience. Justin the service technician answered all my questions and repaired the problem efficiently. He confirmed that the $149 cost includes repairs (parts are additional), service call, and checking the that the entire garage door is working the way it’s meant too!

Google5My experience with Garage Door Of of Indianapolis was excellent. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. The technician listened to the questions I had. He answered the questions to my satisfaction. He directed me to the right product that will allow me to open and close my garage door with the phone app.He also recommended a product to use in the future to help maintain the door.

Google5Torsion spring broke in the cold weather. Call them for service today. Today? Yes today! Both cars stuck in garage and too heavy for my wife and I to lift the door. Technician was at our home in about 90 minutes and promptly replaced the springs. Technician was so nice and polite in spite of the temperature being in the single digits. Other service companies told us they couldn't work us into their schedule for at least a day or two. Really?! Do yourself a favor and just call Garage Doors of Indianapolis!

Google5It was a true emergency on a -7° day when my garage door got stuck halfway open the night before, causing the water pipes in my garage to freeze - with no water flowing throughout the house. Every other company quoted a 5-day wait just to take a look at it. Not good at all. After remembering that GDI installed my door a few years earlier. I called early in the morning for an appt. - and a technician showed up within two hours of my call. That’s incredible same-day service! Huge thanks to Jamason for the quick, professional help. He knew exactly what to do and was in and out within 30 minutes, allowing me to start the careful thawing process on the pipes. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you! 🙏

Google5Same-say service was much appreciated! Fast response. Andy. my sales-service technician was efficient, knowledgeable, and able to answer my many questions. He made some suggestions, and I intend to call him back when the weather warms to purchase a completely new system to replace a thirty year-old door and hardware in addition to a twenty year-old opener. Andy did great work in 20 degree weather.

Google5We had an outstanding service call experience today. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He was also very pleasant and professional. Communication was excellent from our first Communication with Ryan, to the service text updates through Andrews completion. Andrew was able to repair our opener so we did not have to purchase a replacement. He did set the expectations up front that we would need to replace if it couldn't be fixed but he was able to fix and reset it. He also went above and beyond inspecting and addressing some other issues and lubricated the hinges. The service call price was well worth it!

Google5Extremely happy with my overall experience! I called out a technician to replace seals on my garage door. After discussing the door installed and the projected cost of the repair with Brad, I quickly realized I was better off replacing the door. I was given several options with no sales pressure. I called the next day to cancel the repair and order a replacement door. Tommy was sent out within a week and the removal & installation went smoothly & quickly. Each gentleman was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!

Google5After a little hiccup with initial scheduling, Justin came out and identified the problem despite my long and rambling description. Took care of everything within an hour. Very professional and fast. Not sure why I was charged a "fuel surcharge" since gas prices have come down, but I guess once a new fee gets tacked on, it rarely goes away. Regardless, they do great work, and this is at least the 4th or 5th time I have used Garage Doors of Indianapolis for spring replacement or maintenance over the last 10 years and they have always been fast and reliable. I will definitely use them again as needs arise.

Angi5This is kind of a one man show so what he did was he put on a special price and waited until he had several that he could do all in one day. That was reasonable for me. It took a while for him to get out here but that was fine. Services Rendered: They replaced my wood garage door with a steel garage door.

Angi5We called the morning after the spring broke and made arrangements for him to meet with me after I was able to get home in the afternoon. He arrived when promised. On the phone, he gave a range for the price of repair and came in at the very low end of his estimate. Others were a little less, but could not come as quickly. Our 3 year old son was very impressed. Mr. Mikesell was interactive and courteous while continually being aware of his, and my, location for safety. Services Rendered: Andy Mikesell repaired our broken garage door springs. He also checked and adjusted the garage door opener.
