Google5Jose Sarmiento was amazing!!! He changed out my wall plate for my garage door opener I bought almost 1 year ago. It wasn’t working so he replaced it. He’s fast, effective, timely, and kind all in one person. On top of that it was still under warranty! It’s my lucky day and he made the experience flawless! Thank you Jose!!! Google5The technician, John, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the “squeak” that was occurring when opening and closing the door. He also took the time to get our garage door opener reconnected to our phones and WiFi as it was showing offline. We initially used this company for a new garage door replacement and will 100% continue to use them for any future repair work or maintenance required to keep our system operating as it should be.

Google5Tech came out and fixed the problem. Garage door is running smoothly and quietly. Love it! My Q wifi linked to open door and a manual remote. A minor home insurance issue but the problem was solved. Very satisfied

Google5Jose showed up on time ( they have a tracker). Accessed the situation and the remote issue( not working). Explained the issue was in the motherboard. Opener was installed in no time ( 45 minutes) Works well and much much less noise. Excellent results!

Google1I was very happy on the 1st visit to fix my garage door. Paul gave me the total cost, I was happy to pay it, as well as tipping in cash a generous amount. He also communicated when he was on his way and estimated arrival. So impressed he considered my time as well. He worked for a while that 1st day and then told me he needed to reschedule to the next week to grab a few more parts. Rescheduling was fine with me but it wasn't until afterwards he hit me with another $400 That was NEVER mentioned until he was finished I appreciate him taking off the trip charge, still left me with another $300. It truly did feel like he was making it up in the moment. I understand you need to make a living, I do as well. I am a single mother doing my best to survive. I am left feeling very taken advantage of, and a large credit card balance. How is this ok?

Google5One of The springs on my garage door broke. They sent a technician to fix it within an hour, and the work only took half an hour, which is amazing to me!!! That young man who was the technician was excellent, very professional, very polite, personable! I am very, very happy and satisfied with the work done and their rapid response !!!!

Yelp1I needed my back door repaired after a storm had created a small hole in what they say was the rubber seal. I used Southwest Door and Gate and Western Door & Gate. My two quotes were as different as they could be. Western quoted me only 150 for labor and materials where Southwest tried to sell me an entire new door for $2995(not including labor, ONLY MATERIALS) I do not recommend this company.

Yelp1I had my Flux Line damaged on my Commercial Lift Master operator after I had paid them a whopping 6 thousand for service on it! When I called them to try seeing what the issue was, I was met with the owner over the phone who sounded high, but I'm sure he wasn't, who then started slurringly telling me how if I wanted better service I should have chose a different vendor, and that they do stuff their way. I won't ever trust this company again.

Yelp1Choice warranty send this company to fix my garage door. First thing they ask for is my co-pay of 75$. Gave them the 75$ for them to tell me that the whole door needs to be replaced because of 2 two inches cracks that made the door bow down when it opens. They told me first that it's going to cost 3k to replace the door without even submitting nothing to choice warranty. They said choice will reject it because of the price. They suggested submitting choice the motor to be replace and I had to pay for the door. Later they told me "good news I got the price lowered to 2k instead". I said no, they agreed to submitting a quote to choice and they told me that they where going to get back to me at the end of the day and they never did. Talked to another garage door repair place and they where able to tell me how to fix it myself and I did and it works great now! This place smells like a scam!

Yelp5I called today for service as my garage door was having difficulty opening and closing. I was very surprised that they were able to come today and within a couple hours. The technician came and listened carefully to what the issue was, and allowed me to demonstrate it. He then took some measurements on the garage door, openers angle and check to see if it was hitting anywhere. He determines all that was necessary, or that the wheels needed greasing, and that the limiters on the garage door needed to be adjusted as they were set to high. He made the necessary adjustments and test of the door and it works perfectly. He also looked at the motor on my garage door opener and said it seems to be fine and does not need to be replaced. It's nice to work with a company will recommend not replacing some thing but he did provide me a quote for one it does need to be replaced.

Yelp5My insurance company gave me Pioneer overhead garage doors. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Ron is a very rude guy. Then my insurance switched me to ADS. Such an amazing experience. Technician Adrian arrived at the perfect scheduled time . He was very professional, helpful and polite. He finished his job quick and perfect. I am very happy with ADS experience and will call them again if I need help with my garage doors. I highly recommend ADS and their tech Adrian. Thank you Adrian for fixing our garage door problem.

Yelp5We recently had our Lift Master garage door opener replaced. We setup an appointment and Adrian the service tech arrived during the established window for the appointment. He also called to advise us that he was in route. Adrian was professional and conscientious. Upon completion he tested the entire system and cleaned up all of the material. I highly recommend ADS for your garage door needs.
