Above and Beyond replaced two garage doors w/openers for me. I’m so pleased. I called three companies and Johnny was the only one that gave me an estimate right over the phone. I had to wait two weeks while the other two sent sales agents to my house to upsell and high pressure me to spend close to double what Above and Beyond quoted. I called him back and he came the next day and matched new doors to my shutters. They came yesterday and installed them in two hours. Explained the new openers and key pad to me, completely cleaned up all debris and even advised me on how to fix a kitchen cabinet! The doors and openers are top quality and so is this company.

Johnny from Above and Beyond Garage was amazing! He showed up right on time and installed a new garage door keypad plus three remotes in under 20 minutes. He even noticed some of my garage trim was loose and tightened it up without me even asking. Super professional, kind, and really knows his stuff. Needed a garage door, Johnny came out and measured and answered questions about my needs. Im a landlord so I needed something simple and easy for my tenant and myself to use. Door was delivered they were on time and completed the task. Door looks amazing. They put a open door button in common hallway. Communication through out was perfect. Johnny was able to answer my questions ans provide details for prep before install. I have a liftmaster with a camera and MyQ app which is pretty amazing. Very happy with the service. This is my 2nd garage door from Above and Beyond. They give it to you straight and provide a great product. Got info on maintenance also.

This is the 2nd time I've used Above and Beyond. First was to replace my old doors then 2nd was to replace one door that was accidentally backed into. Both times the service received was great! Doors installed without issue. Hauled away old/broken doors. Very professional! I highly recommend.

I had a garage door from the 90's that finally needed replacing. The cables would come loose on either side of the door once the door came down. I tried re-spooling the cables and they would not hold. Tried to reset the pulleys but the spring was bad. Called to have a tech come out and they recommended a replacement instead of repair since they don't support the old style anymore. I'm sure I could have called around to find some old timer to just replace the spring but 30+ years is a lot of life for the track, door and spring system. Went ahead with the replacement. For slightly more got the more insulated one. Custom order door came in around 8 weeks and had me scheduled a few days after. $1600 total and I didn't have to mess with trying to reset a spring that could explode in my face! lol totally worth it and the new door operates much smoother and looks great.

Called to report a broken spring on one of my garage doors. Very fast response time. The manager that came to do the work was very pleasant and friendly. One look and he knew exactly what to do. I used them several times and we had a new garage door opener installed 2 years ago and every summer in the afternoon we cannot close our garage door. Called and was told that it was the sun interacting with the sensors that they could come out and look at them for $80 and I said I wouldn't pay that and was told the owner would call me the next day, but after close to 2 weeks no call. I had recommended them in the past but can't anymore because I feel this is an installation issue and shouldn't charge me for an issue they knew about.

I was not completely satisfied with the installation of our new garage doors. The doors are good and the lift master openers are good, but the installation seemed rushed and short cuts were made. I heard A&B did a good job, but was less than impressed. We've resently sold the house and I had to have the sensors installed correctly before selling. I will not be calling A&B to install doors on our new home. What a shame. Just a few more hrs of work to be sure your customer is satisfied and you would have gotten a 5 star review.

These guys were incredible! I sent a web request in the early evening and they called back later that night with a scheduled time for the next business day. The next day, they called and stated the tech was done with his last job and could come over. Within the hour, they had my 2 car garage door all fixed up and gave me an estimate to replace it as I requested. I will definitely go with them when the time comes!

Above & Beyond is the best game in town. The owner answered the phone, provided an honest assessment and pricing over the phone and had a Tech at our house in an hour and half the day after Christmas. The best part was that the Tech was very honest and explained that he could make some adjustments to our garage door spring and not charge us for a new spring (our safety sensors needed replaced and he had them on the truck already).
