ANDREA is the MOST rude individual on the planet. Called for service - mistakenly called her Sir due to her voice being so low - and she corrected me - I apologized - and the conversation went down hill from there. I would be a NEW customer for her but she wasn't interested and just kept barking orders. Just kept telling me I wasn't a customer.... If you can get past her - I'm sure their service techs are MUCH more personable with super great work - or they wouldn't have the rating that they do.

I was calling to schedule an appointment and was given great advice! Before spending money on a service call I was given suggestions to attempt to fix the problem myself... The garage door spring broke on Sunday (of course) it took all are strength to lift the VERY heavy wooden garage door to get our cars to the driveway so we could run errands. I sent a message to ASAP on Sunday through Angie's list and got a response back that evening. He was out the next morning and fixed the spring and also gave us a great quote on a replacement door.
