Angi5It went great. I phoned Bernie and explained what I needed, made an appointment for him to come, he phoned a 20 minutes before arriving to check that it was still convenient and arrived as arranged. He installed the system, gave me instructions on how to use it and checked to see that I could operate it. I?ve used Garage Door Systems before and always found Bernie to be professional, courteous, punctual, friendly, and he does a great job at a reasonable price. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend him to others. Services Rendered: Installed a wireless, keyless entry system for the garage

Angi4The representative said he would not work on the door because he was concerned about damaging the cars. He also said the clutter was unacceptable because he would have to "climb over it" and that would be "a pain in the *expletive*." I would have to clean out the garage before he would do the work. He did not offer any apology or express regret. I appreciate and respect his concern about damaging the cars. My rating is based on his lack of courtesy. I would have rated the firm higher if he had apologized for being unable to do the job, and if he hadn't made a somewhat crude comment ("pain in the *expletive*"). Services Rendered: The garage door will not go up. I have two cars in the garage which I can't remove. I spoke with the company's representative on the phone, and told him the cars were in the garage, and there was also some clutter.

Angi5THEY ARE QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY PLEASANT AND SEEMED LIKE REASONABLE PRICING. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. Services Rendered: THEY REPLACED THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER, ROLLERS & SPRINGS AND REPLACED DOOR SEAL.

Angi5BERNIE PERFORMED A GENERAL CHECK OF THE SYSTEM. THIS INCLUDED UNTANGLING THE WIRES FROM A PREVIOUS POOR INSTALLATION JOB, REINFORCING THE DOOR AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM, AS IT WAS CRACKING, ADJUSTING THE DOOR SO IT WOULD STOP SOONER IF SOMETHING WAS IN THE WAY, AND BETTER SECURING THE ELECTRIC EYES ON EITHER SIDE OF THE DOOR. Services Rendered: GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN.

Angi5NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR WEEKEND WORK OR EVENINGS. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AND HAD US PRACTICE. I CALLED 3 DOORS COMPANIES AND THIS ONE HAD THE BEST PRICE. CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND INSTALLED THE DOOR OPENER. GOOD SERVICE! Services Rendered: CHECKED BOTH DOORS,OILED THEM AND GOT THEM READY FOR WINTER. PUT IN GENIE GARAGE DOOR OPENER.
