Called to get a broken cable on an old garage door on our barn fixed. Very friendly and answered. my call on first ring. They said they could come out the same day. She called to let me know the repair man would be there 10-15 minutes. He was right on time. Fixed the door quickly. Said the door was old but repairable. A fair price for the repair too. Now I can close the door and my horses can stay warm. What a great business! Will use them again

I called these guys for a quote for a new garage door motor. They answered on my first couple rings and gave me a quote on the phone. . I explained to them that I was nervous because the last company I scheduled with did not show up and apparently disappeared from planet Earth. They were compassionate and assured me that is an unfortunate industry norm and they do not do business that way. Jeff told me that he has been doing this for over 40yrs and he has seen that happen countless times. Stacey even went as far as offer to call to confirm and to let me know when the guys were on their way. When it was time for install they arrived on time and got right to work. When he was done, he came to to get me and took time to show me the ropes of what I was working with. 10/10 guys. This is why I search out local businesses. There was pride and passion in your voice and work. Thank you!

They answered the phone no the first ring, scheduled me as their first appointment, professionally and politely arrived and fixed the door ensure I was satisfied with the results. Excellent! I called and left a message yesterday (on Sunday) when the spring went on our garage door. Bill called fist thing this morning and came out after right after lunch. We had a terrific experience. These folks are old school, in a very good way. They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem in minutes. He gave me a verbal estimate. We shook hands. He showed up early the next day and fixed the door. The final price was less than the quote. I gave him several opportunities to sell me other services but he did not take the bate. He even spent a few minutes with me to show me how to properly lubricate the door, and gave me pointers on prolonging the life of the door opener. I wish all vendor interactions were this good...
