Sabrina Johnson, KDCO's owner, subcontracted most of the work, but her subs did their jobs. We found Sabrina to be very reachable by phone or e-mail when we had concerns and her locally-sourced products (Wayne Dalton garage door, Alside vinyl windows) helped us keep some money in the area. We would hire KDCO again for sure. Services Rendered: We hired KDCO Home Improvement to oversee the replacement of a wooden 15-foot garage door with a steel door, to rip out a hanging shelf along the back wall of the building and to replace two double-hung windows. While the owner, Sabrina Johnson subcontracted the job, she stayed in tough throughout and showed up at the end to haul away the shelving debris, plus some old fencing we had lying around the yard.
