Google5If you need roof inspection or new roof, you need to see these guys. Cash Kelly was amazing. He walked me through the entire process from inspection to insurance claim for storm damage. I didn't think I could get any help from my insurance company but Cash explained to me what I need to understand and where to look. It was a long process but after about 4-5 months of talking back and forth with insurance company, I got my entire roof replaced by the insurance company. Not only Cash helped me through the process but the final roof product quality and workmanship were excellent as well. Thank you Cash!

Google5We needed our whole house vinyl sided and gutters replaced. I got three different quotes. Jason from Landmark met with me, walked all the way around the house, helped me with ideas and colors and worked with me on something specific I wanted done. When the installation team of 6 came, they removed all of the old aluminum siding in 2 hours and completely finished the house the next day. Gutters came a day later. They worked quick but were thorough. They answered any questions I had throughout the day. When we had to make an unexpected decision, they were patient with us as we decided. The finished product was amazing - better than we anticipated! Everyone was friendly, thorough, with great attention to detail. I wish I could give them six stars! I highly recommend them for vinyl siding.

Google5I had originally contacted Landmark based on a referral from a friend. I had a couple of roof issues that needed to be resolved. One of their employees, Jason Perry, showed up to do the fixes. After he did the work, he told me that my roof had some significant wind damage and that I am due a new roof from insurance. Jason worked with me and the insurance company and was a stable force throughout the difficult process. This was my first insurance claim of any kind and working with my insurance company was unpleasant to say the least. But Jason was there with us all along the way. The new roof looks great and he went out of his way to get a few other issues resolved, as well. I will absolutely contact Landmark next time we have a major or minor project in mind.

After listening to what we were looking for they made recommendations and provided quotes. They competed both jobs when they said they would and the quality and workmanship was top notch. Google5Cash did the siding on my home. Cash and his employees were courteous and conscientious. Two years later, Cash noticed I had a problem with my roof. He knew that the likelihood of my having a leak was likely to happen very soon. He had his crew working the same week to replace the roof. And I have a 50 year warranty on my roof! My home looks lovely. I consider both Cash and Gina friends and would not consider calling anyone else whether the job be inside or out. I highly recommend Landmark.

Google5We recently had additional work done to our house by Landmark Construction, which is located at 6398 Harbor Drive NW Canton, OH 44718. The company is owned by Cash and Gina Naftzger and is by far the best company we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. The most recent project was a complete new roof installed on our house, additional insulation in the attic, new hangers for all gutters on the house, repair of the concrete on the chimney and some other repairs. As has been the case in the past, the work was exceptional. It was performed on-time, within budget and with great care to insure all work was of the highest quality. Great care was also taken to make sure all areas of our house as well as the surrounding shrubbery and grounds were protected during the construction. When the project was completed, all areas were cleaned in a very professional manner. Cash and Gina are absolutely the best professionals we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. They are honest, straight forward and truly care that the homeowner is pleased with the work their company has performed. We intend to work exclusively with Cash and Gina in any home repair and remodeling projects we have in the future and would highly recommend Landmark Construction to anyone who has need for these services. You will be pleased with your decision if you contract with Landmark Construction.
