Kevin responded fed to my voice message within 20 minutes. He was finishing a job and arrived at my house 1/2 hour later. He repaired my door and had it working within 20 minutes and only charged a service fee. I couldn’t be happier with the service.Kevin was extremely polite and professional.

I can't recomend Prestige Door enough. Kevin came out and was very professional and very personable. He took the time to explain everything and even showed me ways to fix some issues I could have in the future. You always feel like you could get taken andvantage of when you have an emergency issue but this was the complete opposite. I will use them for any garage door needs i may have in the future.

I had a great experience with Kevin. He was able to quickly get me on his schedule. The service took roughly 40 minutes which was basic maintenance but he found a couple items he recommended that should be fixed. He didn't try to add on additional items that weren't needed and was honest. Pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend Prestige to anyone!

Kevin was the most HONEST person I've run into in quite a while. I had an issue with my garage door. I looked up several videos on YouTube and thought I solved the issue. I wanted to verify I was accurate so I called two different garage door companies. The first company that came out did everything they could to sell me almost $1,800 worth of changes to my garage door system that never made sense to me. Kevin came out the next day and was not only able to debunk what the previous company tried to sell me, he told me there was nothing I hadn't done that he wouldn't have done. He took his time to walk me through and explain to me what I was seeing, why I was seeing it and provided recommendations on some minor things to look for. He advised if the problem represented itself to video it and send it to him. Most companies would do everything they can to separate you from your money...but Kevin and Prestige Door, LLC operate with ethics, morals and standards. I've already recommended them to my entire social circle!

AMAZING!!! I phoned Kevin at Prestige Door because I had been given his business card by a neighbor when we moved into the neighborhood. He came out promptly, diagnosed the problem with our hollow door and installed a horizontal bar that went the width of the door to sturdy it. Voila! Fixed. Prompt, Professional and Pleasant. I broke my garage door and it was left with an inch opened and wouldn't close so I started calling around to a few garage door repair places I found on Google and had no luck, so I used Yelp to help me find a company. Prestige reached out within a few minutes. After describing my problem and asking if they took weekend calls, I gave them a call and they scheduled a tech to come out within 2 hours. I got a text message as a heads up that the tech was on his way. He arrived in the time frame given. The tech was nice and friendly and didn't mind putting on a mask since I have young children. He was also friendly to my son that came out and chatted with him a bit. He finished the job quickly. I tested it and everything was fixed. Everything was contactless. I was very happy with the service. I would recommend their services!!!
