    Top Notch Service The Manual Door Release rope to open the door by hand (myself --without electricity) broke. We had a power outage and I could not open the garage door manually by hand. I had broken the manual release cord a few years ago when I lost power and failed to get it fixed back then...my bad :-( grrrrr soooo when I lost power last week I was out of luck. And there was a small ding in the door itself (probably from the car bumping it), that had to be corrected because a small bend on the panel seam connection made the door rickety clickety noisy. The springs were inspected and everything really works great now. The technician, NICK, 👏was very knowlegable and he gave me some hints about future maintenance and put a yellow sticker on the door so I should call immediately if the door should happen to behave in some way like opening too slow, or only opening a little and then going back down itself these things indicates a possible spring failure. This advice and instruction, that Nick gave me, in and of itself, was well worth the service call price! He also showed me how to properly use the manual release cord for the next time the electricity goes out so I don't break it off again in a panic. Also, I have seen the Wayne Dalton factory when I drive through visiting Amish country in Ohio. It's good to be a customer of a company that employs people locally. That fact keeps our community strong when we watch out for each other. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEN STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍 give Nick a raise!

    Wayne Dalton replaced our old garage door two weeks ago. We were told our old door had very little insulation and the new door would make a big difference in keeping our back room temperature cozy. Now, wish we would have kept the old door. This new door is so thin and rickety. Our back room is like an icebox. We can see light around the entire door. These gaps are covered with a thin semi translucent vinyl strip. We had someone come out and make a couple of adjustments but no real difference. We were told that the gaps and rickety sound was normal because they just don't make garage doors as good as the old ones. So disappointed.

    We had Bailey come out to replace a broken spring in our garage door and he had great communication from the beginning. We discussed everything up front and he communicated everything to me clearly. He was extremely friendly and I was super impressed with how thorough he was. I felt that he went above my expectations and I was super happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Wayne Dalton, but will literally request Bailey if we need anything else in the future.

    Bailey from Wayne Dalton came out on a service call for a garage door - the safety sensor had been knocked out of whack. Bailey quickly addressed the problem and then took time to re-tension the spring, clean and lubricate the tracks, and replace the batteries in the garage door control. Caring, able, and efficient. Five Stars.

    Excellent service and repair work by Bailey. He was able to adjust the garage door unit quickly and also offered the wireless door unit which I didn’t know was even available! Great job!

    SO glad my electrician referred me to WD Sales & Service. From my initial call with Stephanie (inquiring about an estimate) to the completion of job (torsion spring replacement) by Nick, the company provided A1 service at a reasonable cost. They were up front, transparent and even when my technician had one recommended repair not initially discussed, it was a no-pressure recommendation. This was, from start to finish, a positive experience with professionals who provided an amazing customer experience. I will use them for all my future garage door needs!

    I needed service on my garage doors for a code problem and instructions on set up and operation. I received a call from Bailey to say he was on his way for my appointment. He came in and accessed the problems and went patiently step by step with explaining everything so I could understand it. I'm very happy with the results of the service call. Thanks Wayne Dalton, keep up the good work!

    Paulina was the sales rep that worked with us on our new Wayne Dalton garage door. She was great explaining each option available and helping us find the best garage door for our budget. Ken the General Manager was great as well. They were thorough and efficient from sale to install of the garage door. Jennifer was great with scheduling. The installer was professional and cared about the detail of his work. Our experience was exceptional and I highly recommend using Wayne Dalton doors

    I ordered a new garage door 0n 10/31/2023 and paid the total amount due at that time through ******. I was advised that the door would need to be fabricated and to expect a call to arrange for an installation appointment. I was told the entire process would take 4 to 6 weeks. At the 5 week ***** I called the ****** phone number that was given to check on the status. The automated message said that the door was fabricated. I received no call regarding an install date so I made a trip to ****** to find out what was going on. I had to wait 20 minutes to speak with a floor manager. When he was available he was helpful. He gave me the phone # to what was the ****** customer **********************. The rep was extremely helpful in advising me that the door was not created and, in fact, had not even been ordered by ***** ******. Apparently, ***** ****** is always behind on orders. In addition, the order for my door was in a pile of orders that had been ignored because they weren't certain about the exact configuration needed & no one would make a decision. My C/S rep asked for attention and the man there had the order placed. I received a call 2 days ago that the door would be ready on January 9, ****. Then, I would have to arrange an install date. The 4-6 week original plan was a lie. I am incensed about my treatment and let the most recent caller know that. This reflects badly upon ****** and I hope they know that.

    The 16x7 garage door came with instructions for a different series door. The door wad a nightmare even with online instructions which are very unclear.. The door is unusable.

    W-D initially installed our garage door approximately 7 years ago. On March 15, 2022 the door would not open. They repaired the door on March 16, 2022 and charged us $345.00. On April 14 (29 days later) the garage door again failed to open. Our cars were trapped in the garage and we were virtually held captive. We contacted W-D and they said that would come and fix the door, but not until SEVEN days later. They said that they were "busy." We had no choice but to contact another door company who came out immediately and fixed the door, freeing our cars. We contacted W-D asking for a refund of our $345.00 because their repair failed, They refused to refund a single ***** because they said that they intended to fix the door 7 days in the future. We will never use them again because their work is inferior and they offered and unreasonable and unacceptable solution.
