By far one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered. First off, the amount of times we had to call to schedule for them to come out. We called several times, got on the schedule, and no one showed up. They finally came to install 2 garage doors openers on my investment property for $975.00. Within 30 days, they had to return because one of the motors went bad. It was an investment property, my contractors were still working on the house, it wasn’t even used at all. They told my contractor that because a box was moved, it voids out the warranty on the garage door opener. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. RUN!!!!!!! I am an investor and I purchase a lot of houses, I have never seen a company conduct business in this manner. From the service to the cheap equipment they offer for installs. Horrible customer service.

Daniel, the technician was thorough and did the job great. He did it well and was very experienced in garage door installation. What was disappointing was scheduling and getting it done. We had it scheduled several times, which would then it canceled by ProLift because they weren’t going to make it that day or had something else scheduled at the same time, or someone was sick. Then the day that it finally happened, being the first appointment of the day, they got here at 9:45 and Daniel had to do the job alone because his co-worker never came. So it took almost 5 hours to get it done because he was by himself. It was supposed to be a first thing in the morning, 2 hour job. Thankfully he did a good job, but getting them here was a big hassle and being on time was poorly handled (due to not enough staff).

I had a broken garage door spring. Called them up, and they quoted me 250 dollars to replace both garage door springs. Made an appointment for later that day. About an hour later, the tech called and canceled the appointment. Rescheduled for the next day. The next day, he didn't show up until about an hour after the appointment window. He got out of the truck and told me the people doing quotes in the office don't know what they are doing and that it will cost 525 dollars. So, either the office personnel are incompetent, or the tech is trying to scam me. Either way, I didn't want to do buisness with them, so I told him he could go. I guess I will call someone else to get my door fixed.
