My wife and I feel fortunate to have found Sean Forrest of Forrest Builders to build our home. Sean has a positive attitude, he's easy to work with and honest. He was welcoming and although we didn't know Sean at all we now consider him a friend we can still count on. Kim in the office is the same way as she helped keep everything running smoothly. The build was exactly what we wanted. We talked almost every week with an update on the progress. If I had a question he was available. If I had a concern Sean would frequently say "don't worry everything will work out exactly how it's supposed to" and he was right. When I first talked with Sean I told him our biggest challenge was in coming up with a custom plan. He said that wouldn't be hard and invited us to his office. He sketched out a rough plan based on our initial thoughts which we updated a few times and we soon had a solid design. Once the build was started it was completed ahead of schedule and the final product looked great!

Chris Forrest and his team are the BEST builders in town! Even though our remodel was small compared with the luxurious three story oceanfront homes they design and build, Chris and his team treated our project as a priority. The workmen were on the job each day as promised. They listened to what we wanted in design and made it happen! Chris personally was involved and you can see the mutual respect between him and his team! We most strongly recommend Forrest Builders !

I would highly recommend them. It is a family-owned business and they were very prompt about getting back to me after I called them for an estimate. They were polite and professional, they were always on time, and they worked very hard while they were here. They always cleaned up after themselves before they left. They can pretty much do anything that is home improvement. I think the pricing was appropriate. Services Rendered: Forrest Builders but in a new kitchen floor, put a new door on my garage, and did some work on my windows and window sills.
