Google5I had the pleasure of meeting an angel! She was masterful with customer care and being so informative. I needed assistance with blinds and she explained measurements, return policy, different brands of blinds and the newest trends with them. She was so kind and so refreshing with her customer service. The way she handled my care made me want to come back for all of my home care needs. Her name is Jackie Horne and she is a star! TY!!!

Google1Let me start off by saying that there are a lot of great employees at this Home Depot store. Unfortunately, yesterday I politely asked a Home Depot employee who identified herself as Jessica (the manager) to scan an item. When she scanned it, she reached over and tried to forcibly take the item out of my hand. I told her she could not be touching a customer per Home Depot’s policy, and I explained that I would bring the item up to the front myself. As she stared at me, she said, “You’re not going anywhere with this.” I told her that if she didn’t let go and stop trying to forcibly remove the item from my hands, I was going to contact the regional manager because she was clearly breaking policy. She then replied, “Oh wow, are you serious? Get a life.” Jessica is definitely a liability to the store. She is very unprofessional, ignorant, and obviously uneducated on the store’s policies. I will be contacting the store manager on Monday. I find it hard to believe that someone with that type of unacceptable behavior could possibly be in any leadership position. I will contact corporate and send them the recorded incident if I am unable to reach the manager of this location. What Jessica did is absolutely against The Home Depot’s “hands-off” policy, which exists to protect customers from incidents such as employees assaulting customers. To the store: if you want to watch the incident, check your cameras at the paint counter between 2:20 p.m. and 2:35 p.m. on November 29, 2025. You will see Jessica violate the hands-off policy and attempt to forcibly remove an item from my hands—to the point where she pulled hard enough that the tag on the item snapped. Again, this employee is a liability to the store and should be terminated immediately. Unless The Home Depot doesn’t still follow their business code of conduct. Which on page four states “Any conduct that fails to show appropriate respect to others, including fellow associates, customers, professional customers, vendors, suppliers and service providers, violates the Company’s values. The following are examples of unacceptable conduct: insults; threats; intimidation; ridicule; vulgarity; discrimination; harassment; physical or verbal abuse; sexually explicit humor, conversation or behavior; slurs or stereotyping; unwelcome sexual advances; unwelcome touching or invasion of personal space; ignoring the rights of others; and insensitivity to the beliefs and customs of others” If The Home Depot believes in this code of conduct, Jessica will be terminated for violating multiple polices and committing assault. There’s always a few bad eggs in the bunch. The Home Depot is a large business and sometimes Ignorant, incompetent and uneducated individuals like Jessica slip through the cracks. That being said, what shows a companies true colors is how they handle the situation. We shall see

Google1Dishonest, misleading, and shady store practices I’m extremely disappointed with this Home Depot. Their system showed a clearance item in stock, and I even called ahead to confirm before driving over. When I arrived, they suddenly claimed it was “sold out” and refused to honor the price — even though the exact same model was sitting right there on the shelf. Their excuse? “Different SKU.” Right… convenient. What’s worse, the employees acted like they were doing me a favor even looking for it — brushing me off with “let me help the person behind you first.” The manager, John, proudly said he’s been here 40 years and still wouldn’t do the right thing. Maybe that explains the attitude — too comfortable ignoring customers. Honestly, it’s hard not to think the staff keep the good clearance deals for themselves or friends, because every time it’s a great price, it mysteriously “can’t be found.” Only the overpriced or half-discounted clearance items ever seem to be “available.” Shady, unhelpful, and dishonest. I’ll be taking my business to Lowe’s — at least they honor their prices and respect their customers.

Google1Visiting this store is akin to an out of body experience. I visited mid-day on a Thursday and was only one of a few vehicles in the parking lot. My visit was to return a few items and to pick up a few items. My return started out easy enough and I told the staff that I also needed to pick up a few items. While looking up my items the staff member answered the phone and the questions of customers that approached the desk. It wasn’t clear if they were still assisting me or had moved on to another task. They eventually found 2 of the 4 items that I ordered. They couldn’t find 2 of the items and when I told them that I had accidentally had identical items shipped to my home and that I wanted to return the two items shipped to the store they gave me a store return gift card. I don’t know why I got the card vs a credit to the original form of payment. They could see my order on their screen and on my phone. I wasn’t given an explanation or an opportunity to inquire as the staff member simply turned away and moved on to another customer. The person seemed efficient but devoid of social skills. I went shopping for a few other items and was helped in plumbing and greeted in a friendly manner by another staff member. Other than that, I was invisible to staff. Including when a staff member closed the aisle I was in and all pathways to other aisles and then seemed annoyed that I didn’t know that I could let my self out by moving aside one of the gates blocking the aisle. At one point he directed me to an aisle completely blocked by inventory. The store looked in chaos and many, many aisle were blocked by inventory and carts that staff members were actively using. Self checkout needed a staff member assist when I tried to used my store return card and like many others, the staff member effectively helped me but didn’t say a word or respond to me saying “thank you” or any other nicety offered on my part. This is the worst Home Depot store I’ve ever encountered. It was only by accident that I had items scheduled for pick-up there. Literally, if this store were 1 minute from my home, I’d opt to drive 30 minutes to another location in order to ovoid this one.

Google5My experience today going in to The Home Depot was delightful. I went in knowing what I wanted to get from the store plus I had the app which helped a lot to, so I didn't really waste to much time walking around to find what I wanted, customer service was very helpful in helping me to find what I wanted today which was nice. My visit overall was great would definitely recommend I will be coming back to buy more power tools and tools from here for a good price. Any questions on how the tools are I'll try to respond as best as I can.
