Yelp5They are very prompt in taking care of me with repairs in the past and I had an older garage door probably original to the house so when I was ready to get a new one I again called them and got very good quality door and service in a quick time and at a good price.

Yelp5Called me back after I left a voicemail within 2 hours, came the same day. Walked me through pricing options tailored to my specific (odd) job. Wasn't pushy, offered advice and told me an inexpensive part to buy online that would fix my problem quickly. Told me to call if I had any questions or problems installing new part myself to which I followed through on, and good to his word, talked with me for about 3 minutes until my issue was resolved. Helped me tremendously and didn't charge a dime. I cannot speak to their workmanship, but, in my experience, their customer service is incredible. Highly recommend and thankful I found them!

Yelp5I called Saccocio's on this awful winter day because my garage door cable had snapped. I was told they could arrive within 2 hours! Meanwhile, my elderly neighbor needed help. I called Saccocio's and told them I might not be there when they arrive. They just said to leave the garage open. I got a call as I was leaving to come home and it was already done! They trusted that I would send a check and just left the bill in the garage. Impressive service and good-old-fashioned integrity! Please give them a call.

Yelp5I have not only had great experience with Mike and his crew, but I have referred him to several friends and family and all have had great reviews! Mike is courteous, on time, professional and fair! I would recommend Saccocio Overhead Doors to anyone!

Yelp5I called Mike a couple weeks ago for a quote. Mike gave me an accurate quote over the phone for a simple project. I called him back last week to schedule, he showed up on Monday to inspect and scheduled my install 2 days later. Showed up right on time, did an awesome job. Best price I could find when I shopped around and I still got outstanding service. I would recommend. Usually lower rates equal poor work and service. This guy was a 10 at an outstanding price.

Yelp5Called in the morning and Mike was here by noon. Gave me some options and recommendations and was able to complete the job 2 days later. Quote was fair and exact and I would totally recommend him.

Yelp5My garage door was close to 20 years old and I asked for a referral to have it replaced. My sister referred me to Mike (Saccocio Overheard Doors). She had her new garage door through this company and it was awesome. I decided to take her referral. What a difference! I love my new garage door!! Mike, you did an awesome job and I am very pleased. If you need new garage door - call Mike!
