Google5Josh at Upstate Property Service did a great job on several projects for us! From building custom bookshelves, to regrading & leveling our backyard, to building a large deck - he can do it all! Wonderful workmanship, and at a fair price. We will work with Josh again for future projects!

Google5In June of 2024 i had my bathroom remodeled and my first time with Upstate Property Service first of all josh was very professional and his customer service was wonderful .josh always kept me informed and he was very fair when unexpected issues came up. And i was impressed by josh's commitment to go the extra mile and the product quality is outstanding exceeding my expectations everytime . And josh always made sure before he left for the day that he cleaned up his work area. I HIGHLY RECOMEND josh and his business he does amazing work and i can't wait to call him again when i need another job done on my home.

Google5Josh has been working on my family home for over a decade. He is always incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I have used him for kitchen and bathroom remodels, roof replacement, furnace and well repair (to name a few). His expertise is expansive. Truly no one else you need to call.

Google4Josh removed entire kitchen and replaced cabinets, floor ( including sub floor) and did all the tiling, put up shelves, put in new windows, added new molding, did plumbing and electrical, installed new appliances. Professional done with excellent results. Price was reasonable for all the work done. Would recommend and has done other work for us.
