Angi1It didn't go with this company. Angie's List online offered me this company and another with several good reviews. I put in a request online for a quote to both. The other company called me back the following morning, we set up a date for Fri for a quote. The quote was good, he was able to do the work right then, so it is all done. I actually didn't think I would hear back from Overhead, figuring that my job was too small and unimportant. So I was very surprised when I received a voice mail from their office today (Monday- the following week) wanting to know if they could help me. Really? Sorry, I had the choice of calling them to tell them the work has been done by someone who is responsive, or I could just close the loop here on Angie's List where I started. So my advice- if they can't call back in a reasonable amount of time, they don't really want your work. I won't recommend them. Services Rendered: Garage door weatherstripping changed

Angi5Patrick called in advance and arrived on schedule at my daughter's condo. I'm glad I repeated the correct address when he called, because the office staff gave him the wrong address. It only took him 20-25 minutes to complete the repair. Patrick also adjusted the chain and lubricated all the moving parts. I would hire this firm again. Angi5Patrick arrived within the original time envelope and called within 15 minutes of his arrival - as per their information. He cited the exact same price I was quoted over the phone ($226). He replaced both springs and checked over the remainder of the garage door hardware - finding three hinges that were cracked. While he quoted a price to replace these hinges, I decided to accomplish that task myself.
