Google5I bumped into a man at the auto parts store. He asked me what I did. We got to talking and he gave me his number to check out my product. A week later I had torn my shoulder out and require surgery for repair. 2 days after that penelec had a short in the feed and cook several of my appliances. I reached out to Ted asking if he was the same person who owes Monreau garage doors and told him what had happened. Not only did he personally set up a time and get the information needed to slove my problem but went out of his way to make it affordable for me know that I will be off work. Can't thank him enough for helping out a fellow hard work man just trying to make ends meet and build something for himself and his family thank you again. You have a repeat customer for life.

Google1So you have to leave a one star to post . So there would be negative stars on these people. Don’t use them . Don’t use them. Yes worth repeating twice maybe more . Beware turn around , pay more money , go anywhere else but with this company.

Google1Owner is a rude individual who treats service staff poorly. I can only imagine how he treats his own employees. Know that if you are hiring this company that you are directly supporting a disrespectful person.

Google1I always try to use/support the local companies instead of the big named companies but this time I got burned. Over-priced service and over charged due to lack of experience from the "tech". Wrongly diagnosed my garage door problem and admitted to it, causing him to re-do what he had originally started. I should not be held accountable for the "extra time" he spent due to his own mistakes...I was charged $190 to run 25ft of $10 wire. Do not use Moreau if your looking for an honest company, they are only interested in filling their own pockets regardless of the situation.

Google1Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE him. I called only wanting to know what was wrong with my garage door and if it’s fixable. He came out and before he even saw what it was doing said it was all wrong and we need an all new set up. Didn’t want to see it open or anything until we begged him. He was at my house for about 20-30 minutes and charged me $60 with no solution other than we need all new everything. Search the area for another company - you’ll find one much more worth your time and money!

Google1We recently had a door installed as a insurance job no one showed up and introduced themselves first off from there quote, said they took pictures of original door for there quote but had my insurance company forward the pictures we had sent them. A door was ordered and weeks later finally installed. The door seems to be undersized, gaps were made with shims on the sides of the door to make it fit enough that you can now see day light inside and motion thru to the other side. Before my old door you could shut the door and not see your hand in front of your face but now you can walk around freely with no worries cause you can see everything from the gaps from the sides and the bottom of the door. They were supposed to show at 7:30 am which is fine but got there earlier and walked into the my garage unannounced opened the door started moving things out with out even introducing themselves. At this time my wife walks into the garage to find them finally introducing themselves she helps them move everything out that might have been in the way. It being an insurance job you would think that everything would be paid for not out of pocket they told my wife they needed to use 100 dollars worth of wood on the door and that wood is expensive right now and they would appreciate if she could pay for that but didn’t have to my original door had a large bottom door seal as well you would think I would get what I had or close to that but that was an extra 45 dollars, like the garage door motor installed for 575 dollars so you want almost another 700 off of us out of pocket for an insurance job. No thank you told them no and they said they were done and promptly left after leaving everything outside that’s fine but not evan clean up after themselves leaving nails and what not on the ground for my wife to clean. Very unprofessional work Very unprofessional job over 4K for the service with no motor and not evan a hello old fashion greeting we are not happy with our results Especially after being referred will be seeking further direction from here on out we hope you don’t make the same mistake
