Calvin & Eric were on time, did an excellent job installing and did not rush to get the job done. It took a little longer than their initial estimate, but that was partially my fault. Highly recommend using this company

My husband and I used Tascosa Overhead Door company about 8 yrs ago and the service was fabulous. We recently bought a new home and need to replace the garage door. I called Tascosa and asked them if they could come by and and give us an estimate. The guy I spoke to said he would call me back in a few hrs but he never did. The next day I contacted him again and he said he would contact me either that evening or "first thing in the morning". He did neither. So I called this morning and left a message. I was not happy and again I asked him to call me. I also let him know how disappointed I was he had not called me back and just call me and let me know if he didn't have time to do business with me so I could call another company. While I was leaving the message he sent me a text saying he would call me back. It's been over an hr and I haven't heard from him. He obviously does not need the business so don't waste your time calling Tascosa Overhead Door. I called another local company and they already have scheduled a time to give me an estimate.

I called to schedule a garage door repair on Thursday of last week. I was confirmed for Friday. I worked from home and called several times to check the status. The only information I received was "sometime later". I waited until 5pm and then requested a quote/call from Dockins Overhead Door. They called me within 2 minutes, scheduled me for Monday and gave me a 2 hour window of when to expect them as well as pricing. I still haven't heard from Overhead Door Company and Dockins has already been here, fixed the issue and thanked me for my business. Go with a company that actually values your time and money- call Dockins. In response to Mr. Sunday: I never recieved a call or voice mail on Friday. I had my phones with me all day and answered every call. If they did call, why not leave a voice message? I left a personal and work number- no calls from your guys on either. I had to call your office to check on the status after not hearing from you guys at all. I did relay I was working from home and would be available. I did leave reviews as this is not an appropriate way to conduct business, which is the exact reason reviews are available. I always read reviews prior to booking a service. My time and money is valuable to me and I do not like wasting either. Dockins did a great job with communication and follow through. On this service call, your staff did not.

Best garage door company in town! And great customer service! Called and asked some questions had a guy come out to do an estimate and 2 days later had the install, it was fast and these guys where great!! If you are a first responder they give great discounts, and if you want the best customer service in town this is the place! Thank you for fixing our garage doors and making it able to park in our garage again just in time for the cold weather! Y'all rock!

I had called today to request service for a garage door that stopped working Wednesday, they were at my house within a couple of hours, repaired the door and were significantly cheaper than I expected. Very friendly workers, professional and organized. Highly recommend!

Have these people come out in December to fix the left side of my garage door. They fixed it payed and in February. Headed to be fixed again less than 2 months after the first service call. Same side broke on the garage door. Came out fixed it sent me a bill 4 more than the first service call because they said they had to replace the cable. I asked him if they stood behind their service from the in December and I didn't get an answer they just told me that since had to replace cable it was that much. And when I asked what you think the cable should have been replaced in December. He just walked around the issue.I've got a video on my ring from them today coming to try to make me pay this bill for the second service call and the boys are talking about taking the cable off of my garage door at my house without me being home. This is not a very mature bunch of people that we're dealing with here. Buyer beware they don't stand behind their product!

Very prompt response, was able to get a price quote on the phone by giving them the door dimensions. Got the door installed within 2 -3 working days, they found some needed carpentry work to shore up the jambs and called me before proceeding, Added only $100 additional to estimate. I had an old wood single car garage door replaced with a new metal one. The quality of work was excellent, my only complaint was that the worker(s) did not clean up well, left bolts and pulleys on the garage floor, unscrewed a push button from the wall and left it hanging, left part of the old garage mechanism and spring hanging from the rafters, moved items in my garage and did not put them back. I reported this to the company afterwards, wasn't too impressed with their response. I would recommend Overhead Door and would use them again despite the poor cleanup. Services Rendered: Installed new garage door.Dispose of old door and rails.

Called and talked to the owner. explained the problem. the double garage door at my home wouldn't open or close properly. he gave me a date and estimated time for a technician to come and take a look. explained the charges (minimum of $79.00 (?) for the service visit which would be credited to any additional costs for parts or labor. The technician was on time, called me with the estimate, I gave him the go ahead and he had the work done within a day. These folks were friendly, polite, and did exactly what they said they would. Services Rendered: removed and replaced torsion spring assembly for the double garage door, adjusted the automatic opener to operated correctly with the new assembly

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. The company had been in town for a long time and had a good reputation, was competitive on price and had done some repair work for me previously. They showed up on time, were very organized and meticulous with the installation and demonstrated all functions to us. I was surprised the bill was $400 higher than the estimate, so the installer called the supervisor for me. My discussion with him revealed I had requested and received an estimate for an un-insulated door, but they had installed an insulated door. They gave me a discount for the mess up and I was so pleased with the new door construction and installation, I felt I got a good deal. The next day, the door failed to operate, and the repairman came out very quickly and found a hidden problem with a rope during manufacturing. It was corrected and tested within 30 minutes and the door has operated well ever since. I sold the old door and operator and the installation crew helped load the old door on the buyers trailer and advised him how to install it. Services Rendered: Removed old overhead garage door and operator and installed new insulated door and operator.
