Google5Melissa was great in helping me pick which widows were best for me! She was professional, kind, responsive and did not try to oversell me! At times the process was a little frustrating because I had a big job and there was a lot of details. We needed to get new trim (which the Pella team was super helpful in organizing) than what originally came in. The person measuring was wonderful. The installation team led by Bryce were FANTASTIC - I can not say enough nice things about them! The door was ordered incorrectly a few times (wrong color) because of all the numerous fine details with such a large job. Since there are a lot of moving parts, you cannot over communicate. Telling your sales person, the scheduling person, service team (if you end up needing them - they were awesome too!) and installers all the same info or needs you have is a good idea. That being said, everything looks fantastic! I am so happy with how it turned out, it was worth the cost. If you choose Pella, make sure you are playing super close attention and double checking all the fine details and you will get beautiful windows and doors. The job took a long time but I appreciate so many on the Pella team sticking with it and making sure things were perfect. The entire Pella team worked to make sure my windows and door looks great! Google5My husband and I built a house in Timbercreek Canyon back in 1999. Our builder was Mickey Comer. When it came time to choose windows and doors he suggested Pella windows and doors. We went to their showroom and couldn’t have been more pleased with all the choices they had even back then! Now they have a new showroom at 201 Westgate Parkway that is amazing! If you are building or just replacing I wound recommend Pella as the best and only Factory Direct manufacturer in the panhandle. These windows are still performing and they still look amazing! Google5We just installed Pella windows in our home, and we absolutely love them! The process was easy, and the results are beautiful. Melissa was our consultant, and she could not have been sweeter. Pella custom made the windows and gave us an installation date. On the scheduled day, the windows arrived and were installed by Proud Crowd Construction. The two guys from Proud Crowd were phenomenal. Every detail was perfectly managed. They cleaned as they went. They were polite and courteous. I highly recommend Pella windows to anyone looking to add value to their home.

Google5We had a very professional salesman and ordering process. The installers were knowledgeable and we were left with a beautiful product and are very happy. I highly recommend Pella. See these 3 large windows in the pictures, before and after pictures.

Google5Patrick was very knowledgeable and explained each detail of the product as well as the installation process. With the multitude of choices available, it was easy to become overwhelmed, but Patrick guided me through each one to create a unique door and storm door for my family and home. I was impressed with the quality of Pella doors at the beginning but even more so after the process.

Google1We built a new house and decided to upgrade our builders doors and windows with Pella. Paying a premium for Pella doors has been a terrible mistake. Pella's very own "professional installers", are incompetent as they have incorrectly installed our doors 2 times. Getting them to come out and work on correcting the problem is equally as frustrating as they are in a hurry to check you off a list or DONT show up all together. BUYER BEWARE! Pella products are cheap quality and can't be installed correctly, even by their own installers. I have contacted Kyle several times at the Pella store and nothing seems to get done. They are good to sell you products, but their installation and service after the sale is horrible! Nothing has been more disappointing in building our new house than Pella windows and doors. Our doors have been installed over 6 months and they still are not right. Pella "service professionals" have been back to service 3 times for the front door and twice for a sliding door. Neither door is correct.

Google5There was a wait to get the windows but it was worth it. Patrick was professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the products and the installation crew was also efficient and professional during the installation process. They kept me informed of their process and progress during the install. The windows made my home look even prettier. Would definitely recommend Pella Windows to anyone.
