Google5This is a local business you can trust! I took my 370z in because one of my windows wouldn't go down. When I came to pick my car up, they told me they managed to fix it without having to order a new actuator. They saved me about $400 and didn't charge me a dime for reconnecting the window wire.

Google5The technician was fantastic, he found issues and corrected them on my 20 year old truck and the additional charges along with the windshield and side glass replacement was still a better price than quoted for just the glass from other shops. Highly recommend!

Google5I got my Windshield replaced about a month ago. I chose this place because it was one of the cheapest estimates I got in town. I was a bit skeptical of the mixed reviews, but everything was great. Excellent service, professional, quick, and best pricing. They even calibrated all the sensors necessary for my lane departure and collision warning systems. No problems whatsoever.

Google1Soooo.......I see a month ago, a bad review. A year ago, 2 good reviews. Should have never changed management. The people there now are not interested in doing your glass work right. They're only worried about their key business. The team that was there before, was a good team. The owner checked out (as in not caring) a long time ago and did not treat his employees well. Showed absolutely no appreciation to his employees or the customers. And wonders why his business went south. He also owns Crosspointe Autos......beware if you're looking to buy a vehicle from them.

Google1Used this place to replace my windshield last week and did not have a good experience. One week after my windshield replaced, I was driving and it began to rain - my wipers wouldn't work. I then found out that the wipers were not even secured after one blew off my vehicle the next day. When I went back to check to Auto Glass Unlimited to ask about the wipers, they realized that they didn't bolt the wipers back down (thought it was comical). After looking for my bolts for about 5 minutes (and asking if I had found them in the floorboard), they realized that they had lost the bolts to my windshield. They then tried multiple random bolts that didn't fit (attempted to make them fit with WD40). They told me that they were "sorry" for the trouble I had and recommended I just go to Home Depot to find bolts... I decided to just have my dealership replace the bolts (at a cost of course). I wouldn't recommend as they seems careless with my vehicle and didn't even offer to pay to replace the bolts... After paying $60 for the actual glass and $150 for labor/service, I think I overpaid...

Google1Owner doesn't care if their employee hang up the phone on you. They don't leave voicemail if you missed their call so you have no idea if they are trying to reach out to you. Bad business practices.

Google5I saved $107 coming here compared to 5he big name companies... And was able to get in and out in less than 1 hour on a Wednesday morning.
