They did a great job installing my door in the summer of 2023. Since then the door has need some adjustments and I had a wiring issue starting in January of 2024. I called and texted multiple times asking for them to come fix the door. They managed to fix 1 of my 3 problems and haven't answered or called back to say they're coming to solve the other issues. I hired Randy and Doug for over 10 years for multiple service calls and installations. Yesterday I finally broke down and called a competitor. The company I called showed up the same day and made the repairs and adjustments. If you need service in a hurry I don't think Advanced Garage Doors is the place to find it.
