    Tyler was on time, prepare, even wearing booties. He was friendly, social, and took time to explain what he did and also to point out some things. Great job!

    Tyler was great! Excellent customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable and very patient! Talked me through what he was doing and took the time to explain things! Very thorough, clean and thoughtful of surroundings! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Always high quality service. They have been a life saver for me on several occasions our furnace went down. Also, they have a good service program to remind you and fix issues early on. Installed a new system at a pretty good price and what I think is a quality brand (Carrier). Prices seem very much in line with industry standards but they are pros and well trained. Also, have helped me with install a new faucet, don't forget they do plumbing too! I recommend to everyone I know and never had 1 issue with them. They answer the phone asap which is better than I can say for most small businesses.

    C&K always delivers top-tier service. When I called, Roman (I think that’s his name), was friendly and helpful and scheduled a same-day visit. Tyler, the HVAC tech, is awesome and had our furnace back and running in no time.

    Hot water low pressure issue in kitchen. Sean was friendly, courteous, and chatty. I enjoyed our conversations, He completed the work promptly: replacing a faucet and restoring hot water pressure to exactly where it needed to be. Excellent service. Excellent plumber.

    Nov 11: Repaired furnace problem effectively & efficiently. Good communicator. Nov 12: Turns out the repair was incomplete and Josh had to come back to finish it. Now the furnace works properly. Nov 14 Different furnace problem. Cameron diagnosed that the thermostat had been wired incorrectly by a technician from a different HVAC contractor some months ago. He too was effective, efficient and a good communicator. Overall, I'm very pleased with C&K service and plan to continue using them.

    Placed an appointment on a Thursday for the following Thursday. Took off work to be available for them to service my furnace. Day of I called to confirm appointment just to be sure we were still on and they told me they wouldn’t service my furnace as it was in a mobile home. Which wouldn’t have been a big if someone would have reached out when I scheduled the appointment to tell me this before the day of the appointment and it took me calling to learn that. In the notes when I made the appointment I was very thorough with details including it was a mobile home and the model of the furnace so it was totally transparent what it was. Disappointed I had to waste PTO on this your customer service sucks can’t speak for your HVAC services. Must be good based on your rating which is my I chose your company in the first place. However your customer service skills could use some work.

    I rent a house in the area, and after the city inspector told my landlord we needed to get one of our pipes looked at, Wesley Gordon was sent out to identify the problem last week, and found a crack in the pipe and came back today to fix it. We are highly satisfied with his service. Not only did he fix the problem in an efficient and timely matter, but he also was extremely kind and courteous, which we really appreciated, being sure to warn us when he needed to do something loud and followed our sign on the front door requesting people to not knock so out dogs who are highly reactive towards people they don't know didn't lose their minds. He needed to come back the first day to be able to give our landlord a quote, and he waited on the front step for me to see him on the cameras rather than knocking and I really appreciated his consideration of our specific needs with our pets. If we ever need more plumbing work done, I really hope he is the one to do it because we had a much better experience with him in our home than any other plumbers that have ever come out here by far. I didn't get the chance to thank him, but thank you Wesley!!
