Google4Happy with our new garage door. The installers were flexible while dealing with our unique doorway situation. The lead installer definitely knows what he’s doing. Only complaint is they shattered a light bulb and left all the glass for me to pick out of the dirt floor.

Google3I was calling around for a garage door repair on the weekend. They were the first ones to respond on a Sunday on a snow day. I didn’t get any other quotes and I had a feeling the quote was high but I needed it fixed, so I told him to go ahead and fix it. The price was $800 For a broken spring, and a few other miscellaneous parts. The next day on a Monday calls started coming in from people calling me back. The garage door company that I normally Isn’t open on the weekends but they called me back on Monday and told me their price would have been $450. Others price was around $400. I expect to overpay a bit for a weekend service, but not pay double. I feel like I overpaid. The response time was fast, the quality of work was good, but the price was not a fair price.

Google5I called Garage Door Pros after waiting for another company for almost a week and they cancelled on me. I called garage door pros on Thursday and Chuck Johnson from Garage Door Pros, LLC was scheduled to arrive Fri, Dec 22 between 8:00am-10:00am. Chuck and his partner came in around 8:15 and was complete with the job by 9am. They were quick and very nice and clean. They were awesome to deal with and prompt to call back. I will definitely be calling them back.

Google5Very quick response. Lonnie was very personable and knowledgeable. He fixed the broken door but also took the time to explain the mechanism and serviced the whole system. So that not only is it fixed, it runs more smoothly and quieter.

Google5Highly recommend! I called at 9am and they were able to accommodate me with an 11am appointment. Basil was great! He quickly fixed my garage (was honestly expecting it to take hours. He fixed it in less than an hour). Also, GREAT and reasonable pricing in comparison to other companies I called. Definitely my go to company for future services. Thank you for your help!

Google5Garage Door Pros was great to work with. Our garage door opener recently broke and after I replaced it, I noticed the door would get stuck on the track due to the bottom bracket being askew (I assume this is what wore down the previous motor). I called to have someone come take a look, Vitali showed up first thing the next morning, pointed out another issue that I had missed (the cables were rusted and needed replacing), and had everything fixed within 30 min for a good price. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend giving them a call if you need help.

Google5Fast, professional, and no pressure to state something else was wrong with garage door. What I stated over the phone as the issue was fixed and price was reasonable to come out on a weekend. Their team was at my house within 30 minutes of making the call.

Yelp5Woke up this morning with a garage door that wouldn't open. Gave them a call and they arrived in about an hour. After an examination, they determined it was a broken gear in the system (system was from 1996). They provided two options of either replacing the gear or replacing the system. I went with replacing the system. After about another hour I have a much quieter garage door that works perfectly!

Yelp5I called on a Saturday around noon, and my bag are door was fixed by 4pm. The response was very quick, and the tech was efficient. I felt it was a little pricey for door springs, but probably worth it for how quick it was resolved. Will definitely use them again!

I called later in the evening and scheduled and an appointment for the next morning. I was surprised that someone answered and was told that they will always answer. Basel arrived during the window given, explained the issue, and provided some options for fixing. Everything about the experience was pleasant and reasonable. I will definitely be using them again.

Yelp5Called to have our garage door and garage door opener replaced. We made an appointment for a quote. We agreed to the quote and they ordered the garage door color. The five stars isn't just for the good work and reasonable price. It is also because they called ahead to let us know they were running late for the quote appointment and on the date of installation, they called to let us know they have to reschedule the date. We didn't have to waste time wondering if they were going to show up.

Yelp5Yesterday was Thanksgiving and I couldn't get my garage door open! So, I called garage door pros about 9:00 this morning, the day after Thanksgiving. They said they would be out between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. they arrived a few minutes before 2:00 p.m. they told me what my garage door needed and the price and it took only 20 minutes to fix it. I now can open my garage door with one hand! Definitely recommend this company. Will do business again.

They fixed the problems, answered my questions, and were very professional and friendly. Gary is the technician who helped my family. The next time I need a garage door repair or a new door or motor or whatever for my garage door, I will absolutely call Garage Door Pros. There's a good reason they have 5 stars on Yelp and Google.

Angi5One of the spring was broken last night, and I found this company and called them at 7 am. Basel Sweilem came out at 9:58 am and replaced two springs and 13 rollers.
